II. Liability:
1. Our company acts solely as an agent for services arranged by airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or other travel organizations. Our company and its agents shall have no connection with or liability for any loss of property, accidental death, or additional expenses incurred by any tour member or guest participating in the itinerary or tour brochure as a result of natural disasters, human-caused incidents, mechanical failures, transportation delays, fire, strikes, war, political instability, circumstances beyond our control, or changes to government regulations.
2. The sightseeing transportation and hotels used by our company, such as airplanes, ships, trains, and buses, are subject to different regulations established by the respective operators regarding passenger safety, lost luggage, and other matters. Loss of luggage, accidental injury or death, and property damage will be handled in accordance with the regulations established by the relevant operators. Our company has no involvement in such matters and accepts no responsibility whatsoever.
3. In special circumstances, such as severe weather, strikes, typhoons, lost travel documents, a hotel suddenly being fully booked, cancellation or delay of the scheduled flight, political upheaval, epidemics, or any other unforeseen event beyond human control, it may be necessary to change the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation, or cancel any tour activity. Our company reserves the right to make all decisions based on the circumstances at the time. In such cases, participants may not object or claim compensation. Participants are responsible for any losses or additional expenses resulting from the incident.
4. All tour participants must comply with the laws of each country. Carrying goods for commercial purposes or prohibited items is strictly forbidden. Entry and exit regulations are set by each country. If you are denied entry to a country for personal reasons, our company has no involvement and accepts no responsibility. No refund will be given for the remainder of the trip, and you must personally cover any resulting additional expenses, such as transportation and accommodation. Our company accepts no responsibility for these costs.

6. If a tour member is late for any reason and misses the flight or bus departure, the company accepts no responsibility and no fees will be refunded.
7. As the bus model may not be suitable for transporting wheelchairs, we regret that we cannot accept bookings from people who use wheelchairs. (Note: For private group tours, please inform us before requesting a quotation.)
8. The company reserves the right to publish participants’ images. We may take photos and videos of activities during the tour.
9. Important: If, during the trip, a traveler accidentally or deliberately damages the tour bus or any facilities within a hotel, they will be responsible for all consequences and must compensate for all related losses. Serious damage may also result in criminal liability under local law. We kindly ask all travelers to take care of public property and enjoy their trip!
III. Important Information for Tour Participants:
1. Due to limited luggage space on tour buses, each passenger may bring only one large and one small piece of luggage on board (the large piece must weigh no more than 30 kg and have a total of no more than 158 cm across its three dimensions). If you bring more than one large and one small piece (and there is enough space in the luggage compartment), an additional €5 per day will be charged for each extra piece to cover the driver’s handling costs. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Travel in Europe differs from travel in other parts of the world. Most tourist attractions cannot be reached directly by tour bus and must be visited on foot. Travelers with limited mobility may have to wait on the bus at some attractions and may be unable to join the tour. No compensation or refund may be claimed for attractions missed for this reason. Please take note and consider this carefully before booking. Once your booking is confirmed, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
3. The driver and tour leader work hard to provide dedicated service to all participants throughout the trip, including explaining attractions and assisting in every way. Please show your appreciation by tipping them before the end of the tour. In accordance with customary practice in Europe, our company requires each participant to tip the driver and tour leader a minimum total of EUR 10 per day.
4. Please present this tour voucher when meeting to board the bus. The bus will not wait for latecomers, and tour fees are non-refundable. Our company accepts no responsibility. In an emergency, please call the emergency number.
5. Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents (passport) and visas. These must be valid for at least six months from the departure date. If the immigration authorities (customs) deny you entry for any reason or in any circumstances, our company accepts no responsibility. Participants are responsible for all resulting losses, and tour fees are non-refundable.
6. Please avoid bringing valuables and expensive jewelry. Keep valuables and identification documents with you and take responsibility for looking after them. The company, driver and tour leader accept no responsibility for any loss.
7. All tour participants must observe the laws of each country. Bringing goods for resale or carrying prohibited items is strictly forbidden. Smoking is prohibited in all public places and indoor buildings in Europe, including hotel rooms. Fines can be as high as €1,000, so please observe the law. In recent years, visitors have been prohibited from sitting or eating on the ground at some famous European buildings and attractions. This may be considered disrespectful and could result in an on-the-spot penalty.
8. Meals and admission tickets during the tour are at your own expense. Please refer to the spending guide to estimate your costs and bring enough local currency for use during the tour. Please bring any personal medication you may need.
9. If participants request to travel independently, return separately or leave the tour partway through for any reason, the company will assist with arrangements. However, the company is not responsible for any direct or indirect costs or losses resulting from delays in transportation or any other circumstances that cause participants to miss pre-arranged activities or accommodation.
10. If any tour participant deliberately obstructs the tour leader’s work, endangers others’ personal safety, or disrupts the group’s normal activities and interests, the tour leader may, depending on the circumstances or with the approval of the majority of participants, cancel that participant’s right to continue on the tour and require them to leave the group. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the trip. Our company shall have no involvement in or responsibility for the participant’s actions after leaving the group.
11. If an aircraft or bus is delayed before departure due to a breakdown or traffic congestion, resulting in changes to the itinerary or cancellation of activities, participants may not object or withdraw on these grounds. If bad weather, a strike, or an unexpected incident delays the itinerary, participants may not claim compensation or a refund of the tour fare on these grounds.
12. The itinerary is provided as a written reference. Our company will make appropriate arrangements and adjustments to the sightseeing schedule and accommodation locations based on actual circumstances. Activities may also be canceled if attractions are closed for holidays or local festivals. Tour members are expected to accept such changes and may not object.
13. If participants who do not know each other share a room, even when the arrangement is made by our company, our company shall not be responsible for their character or conduct. We regret that we cannot intervene in any disputes that arise.
14. The organizations providing sightseeing transportation and hotels used by our company, such as aircraft, ships, trains, and buses, each have their own rules concerning participant safety and lost luggage. Cases involving lost luggage, accidental injury or death, and property damage will be resolved according to the rules established by the relevant organization. Our company shall have no involvement.
15. Participants are advised to purchase travel accident and luggage insurance themselves. For information about purchasing insurance, please contact the travel agency where you booked or inquire directly with our company.
16. As bus models may not be able to accommodate wheelchairs, we regret that we cannot accept bookings from wheelchair users on group tours. (Note: For private charter tours, please notify us before requesting a quote.)
17. Daytime and nighttime temperatures vary widely in Europe. The average temperature exceeds 30°C for no more than two months each year, and environmental awareness is strong in European countries. Therefore, some hotels in Europe still do not have air conditioning. This does not mean that the hotel facilities are below standard. We appreciate your understanding.
18. Our company has the right to publish images of participants and may take photos and videos of activities during the trip. If you do not wish to appear in them, please stay out of the camera’s view.
19. If the number of tour participants is small, our company reserves the right to combine guests speaking different languages on the same tour bus.
20. As other tour participants may be allergic to pets and some hotels do not allow pets, participants are prohibited from bringing pets on the tour. Please make arrangements for your pet in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
