D1 Cairo Meeting point: 24-hour airport pickup at CAI Cairo Airport (we recommend booking a flight arriving before 09:00)
Itinerary details
When you arrive at the airport, filled with boundless anticipation for the mysterious land of Egypt, our English-speaking assistant will be waiting to welcome you. [Airport Pickup Process] Our English-speaking assistant will wait at the visa-on-arrival counter in the customs area, holding a pickup sign, and assist you with the visa-on-arrival process and customs clearance. The visa-on-arrival fee is at your own expense. If time permits, the assistant can also help you exchange currency or purchase a local SIM card. After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, we will begin your Egyptian journey. For flights arriving at Cairo International Airport before 09:00, you will be met and taken to Old Cairo to visit the Citadel of Saladin, built in the 12th century by Saladin to repel the Crusaders, and the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, located within the citadel. Southwest of the mosque is a brass railing marking the tomb of Muhammad Ali, the Egyptian governor during Ottoman rule. Next, visit the Hanging Church in the Coptic Quarter, also known as the Church of Saint Mary. Then head to Egypt’s largest bazaar, Khan el-Khalili, whose quaint Islamic-style shops and wide range of goods are popular with international visitors. After experiencing the charm of Old Cairo, spend the afternoon at the Egyptian Museum, world-renowned for its collection of artifacts from the Pharaonic era. Today’s arrangements: Chinese-speaking guide Today's notes: (1) If your flight arrives after 09:00, we recommend booking a return flight departing after 21:00 so that the Day 1 itinerary can be moved to the final day. If your flight times do not allow for this, you can arrive one day early and add one pre-tour hotel night with complimentary airport pickup when joining the group. (2) If your flight arrives after 09:00, we will arrange a driver to take you to the hotel. Hotel check-in is usually available after 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the front desk and explore at your leisure. (3) Most Cairo hotels are located around the Giza Pyramids in the western suburbs, approximately 20–30 km from downtown Cairo. Dinner can be arranged at your own expense in the hotel restaurant. Please take note! (4) Visitors to mosques must remove their shoes or wear shoe covers. Women must cover their heads with a headscarf as a sign of respect. If entry is not permitted due to major events, holidays, or other circumstances, we appreciate your understanding. Please read the following booking information carefully: 【New Year’s Eve Dinner Fee】For itineraries in the Red Sea area that include the evening of December 31, some hotels require guests to pay an additional fee of USD 100–150 per person for the New Year’s Eve dinner party. This fee is mandatory, is not included in the tour price, and must be paid separately. Booking a New Year’s Eve tour means you agree to this fee. If you would like to extend your stay in the Red Sea on December 31, please contact customer service in advance for a separate quote; this price is not published on the official website. 【Ramadan Advisory】Ramadan in Egypt is expected to last about one month, from February 8 to March 10, 2027 (the dates may change). If your itinerary falls during this period, please note the following: Attractions will close earlier each day, so you will need to set out earlier for visits. Guides, drivers, and other service staff are generally Muslim and cannot eat or drink between sunrise and sunset. They also need to pause work briefly several times each day for prayers. We appreciate your understanding; please try not to eat or drink in front of them. Many restaurants do not open until evening, so you may wish to bring some snacks. Entertainment and performances in public venues, such as cruise ships, will be suspended. If this is a concern, please consider carefully whether to travel. 【Chinese New Year Group Size Advisory】From late January to mid-February 2027, due to limited availability of Chinese-speaking guides, groups may have up to 15 participants per day. Person 【Before You Travel】 1) Customer service will provide an English invitation letter and a Chinese tour notice 2–3 days before the group departs, and create a WeChat group so the English-speaking assistant can coordinate your airport pickup. The pickup assistant will add the Chinese-speaking guide to the group chat one day before departure. 2) We recommend exchanging money for US dollars in your home country or at the airport in advance. US dollar cash is preferred in Egypt, and euros are also accepted, so you do not need to exchange for Egyptian pounds. 3) If you have an International Student Identity Card or related documents, please bring them with you to receive a discount when purchasing tickets at the venue. 4) Tickets in Egypt can only be paid for with Visa or Mastercard. We recommend bringing a credit card; your guide can also help you purchase tickets. 5) This is a destination-based tour with international mixed-group arrangements. You may share a vehicle with other guests, with pick-ups and drop-offs at different hotels, and the itinerary order may be adjusted to combine groups. 6) Conditions in Egypt cannot be compared with those of domestic travel in China. Overall service standards and facilities differ to some extent from those in China. Thank you for your understanding. 7) Before departure, check your passport's validity and visa type, and be sure to carry a valid passport with you on the tour. Local police may conduct random passport checks while you are traveling in Egypt. The English-speaking airport assistant will also ask to see your passport to verify your name. 【Important Notes During the Tour】 1) Depending on the timing, hotel location, day's itinerary, and arrangements for picking up passengers from nearby flights together, you may be asked to wait at the airport or on the way to the hotel, or proceed directly to a sightseeing spot. The Chinese-speaking guide will usually meet you at the hotel, along the way, or at the first sightseeing spot. 2) All Chinese-speaking guides are licensed Egyptians. Some guides live and work year-round outside Cairo, such as in Luxor or Aswan. As a result, the tour may be led by different guides in different segments, and transfers between some cities may be unaccompanied by a guide. 3) The guide may recommend optional activities depending on the itinerary. These activities may be shared with people who are not part of your group. You may choose whether to join based on your needs. Please make sure you understand the activity before signing up and paying; once confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed. The guide may also recommend local specialty shops, such as papyrus painting or essential oil shops. If you are not interested, please decline directly. If other group members wish to shop, a stop may be arranged. Thank you for your understanding. 4) Optional activities such as camel rides, hot-air balloon rides, diving, and desert dune bashing involve some risks. Please carefully consider your personal circumstances and only participate within your limits. For some activities, such as visiting Nubian villages or Bedouin communities, local suppliers may offer meals and snacks. Due to differences in local dietary habits and hygiene standards, we recommend avoiding or limiting these foods to prevent stomach discomfort or other issues. You may bring your own snacks, dry food, and water in case the activity ends late and you get hungry. 5) Egypt is a Muslim country. Please respect local religious beliefs, customs, and food culture during your trip. Do not point at people casually. When entering mosques or other religious sites, respect local customs and rules and dress appropriately. Please be mindful of your words and avoid arguments or conflicts with local people. Do not bring drones or other items prohibited by law into the country. Do not photograph people or important locations such as airports and military sites without permission, especially children, women, military personnel, and police officers. 6) Tipping is deeply ingrained in Egyptian culture. In addition to the guide or cruise tips specified in the itinerary, tips may also be requested for services such as using public toilets, hotel porters, restaurant servers, drivers, boatmen, and carriage drivers. We recommend respecting local customs and tipping appropriately. 7) Keep valuables with you and avoid carrying large amounts of cash or flaunting your wealth. Before making a purchase, confirm the amount, currency, exchange rate, and the services and standards provided to avoid disputes. 8) No refunds are available if you skip any meals or activities included or offered free of charge in the itinerary (such as airport transfers, carriage rides, or felucca rides) for personal reasons, including flight or health issues. Meals included in the itinerary generally do not include drinks or alcohol; please pay for these yourself if needed. 9) Most flights included in the itinerary (if any) are early morning flights, so you will need to get up early to go to the airport. Transfers will be arranged at both locations, but staff may not accompany you on the flight, and you will need to fly on your own. Domestic flight baggage allowance (for reference): one 6 kg carry-on bag per person + one 20 kg checked bag per person. Excess baggage fees must be paid by you. You may keep valuables with you and choose to leave some luggage at the Cairo hotel reception for safekeeping, then collect it on your return. 10) Nile cruises (if applicable) are of the local standard five-star category (not luxury cruises). Their facilities differ to some extent from those of hotels and facilities in developed regions. Facilities, equipment, conditions, and surroundings vary between cruises departing on different days. As the cruise ships operate on the river for long periods, rooms can be quite damp and may have a noticeable odor. In addition, some rooms may be affected by engine noise while the ship is underway, as the engines are loud (the noise is lower at night, but this issue cannot be completely avoided). Rooms are assigned randomly at check-in. We recommend asking the cruise reception staff to arrange a room away from the engine or in a quieter area, but we cannot guarantee this; please refer to the actual room assignment.

Day 2
Cairo - (Giza Pyramid Complex & Grand Egyptian Museum)
Itinerary details
Depart in the morning for the landmark of ancient Egypt—the 【Giza Pyramid Complex】, hailed as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Here you will find several pyramids, including the spectacular and famous Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure, as well as the Valley Temple of Khafre. The 【Great Sphinx】, which has also endured for thousands of years, still guards the pharaohs of ancient Egypt, silently telling the story of ancient Egypt’s pride amid the vast sands. After exploring the magnificent pyramid complex, we will visit the nearby 【Grand Egyptian Museum】. The Grand Egyptian Museum is currently in its trial-opening phase. Visitors can explore most of the completed areas, including almost all artifact galleries and exhibition halls, with the exception of the Tutankhamun galleries. Notice: ● Starting August 1, Cairo International Airport will introduce QR-code visas on arrival, replacing the previous visa stickers (currently available only at Cairo Airport). ● Visas must be obtained at airport self-service kiosks. The fee is USD 36 (including a USD 6 service fee). ● Only international credit cards that can be charged in US dollars are accepted; cash is not accepted. ● The new visa is valid for 48 hours from the time it is issued. ● Staff will assist with the process, but travelers must swipe their own cards to pay the visa fee.

Day 3
Cairo - (Citywalk & Museum of Civilization)
Itinerary details
After breakfast, visit the 【National Museum of Egyptian Civilization】 to learn about Egypt’s history and treasures from prehistoric times to the present. Then drive to the Fatimid-era 【Bab Zuweila Twin Towers】 for views over Old Cairo. Next, visit the 【Gayer-Anderson Museum】, a filming location for a James Bond 007 movie, to admire Islamic residential architecture and a private collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts. Don’t miss the sacred site of the 【Cave Church】, hidden in the slum, for a moving and awe-inspiring experience of the enduring power of faith in the face of hardship. Finally, enjoy free time at 【City Stars Mall】, Cairo’s largest shopping and entertainment complex, and savor both shopping and dining. Today’s arrangements: Chinese-speaking guide Today's notes: (1) The mummy hall at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization is a special exhibition area. You must enter and visit it on your own; the guide cannot accompany you inside. Please be advised. (2) The stone steps at Bab Zuweila Twin Towers are narrow, steep, and dimly lit. Those afraid of heights or with mobility difficulties should take care when climbing. Please wear flat, non-slip shoes; stand steadily when taking photos and do not step backward. Be courteous to other visitors. We recommend viewing the area from the midway platform only. (3) The Cave Church is located in Garbage City, a slum with poor, unclean surroundings and a maze of narrow alleys. Stay close to the guide when entering and do not wander off. Vehicles may sometimes be unable to reach the entrance, requiring a walk of approximately 15–20 minutes. If the church is temporarily closed, we will view it from the outside only or cancel the visit. Please be advised.

Day 4
Cairo ✈ Aswan
Itinerary details
In the morning, head to Cairo Airport to catch an early flight to Aswan (departures are generally between 05:00 and 13:00; flight time is about 1.5 hours). On arrival, check in for the cruise or leave your luggage in storage. In Aswan, visit the Aswan High Dam. Its impressive views and comfortable tropical climate have made it one of Egypt’s most popular tourist attractions. Then take a small boat to Philae Temple, originally located on Philae Island in the Nile, south of the Aswan High Dam. It is renowned for its magnificent and unusual architecture, imposing and vivid stone carvings, and mythological stories depicted in its wall reliefs. Enjoy free time aboard the cruise ship in the afternoon. If you would like to explore Aswan in greater depth, and your guide confirms that the schedule allows, you can join an optional excursion in the afternoon. Take a boat downstream for about 20–30 minutes, then you may have the opportunity to transfer to a camel for a 5–10-minute ride to visit a local community in a Nubian village and experience Nubian culture. The activity lasts about 1 hour. Departure is around 3–4 p.m., with return around 6–7 p.m. Today’s arrangements: A Chinese-speaking guide will be provided. The guide may be a local guide in Aswan, or may travel on a different flight from the group. Notes for today: (1) ♥ A felucca ride on the Nile, a distinctive Egyptian experience, is included as a special gift. (Feluccas are usually motorized rather than wind-powered; if the boat is wind-powered, it may remain stationary when there is no wind.) (2) Depending on flight availability and the itinerary, in rare cases you may take a flight to Aswan the previous evening (17:00–01:00+1) and stay aboard the cruise ship or at a hotel. In this case, breakfast today will also be changed to breakfast aboard the cruise ship or at the hotel. (3) The number of passengers on shore excursions during the cruise may exceed 12. If this is a concern, please do not book this tour (this applies to shore excursions on the Aswan–Luxor cruise). (4) Camel riding in the Nubian village involves some risk. Please assess your abilities and choose carefully. It is not recommended for anyone who is unwell or very young or elderly. Hold the handle firmly while riding, lean back as instructed, and remain calm on the camel. Do not use your phone or take photos while riding, to avoid accidents such as falling and injury.
Important notes
Note: Nile cruise ships sometimes moor alongside one another, so river views may be temporarily obstructed.

Itinerary details
Spend a relaxing morning at leisure on the cruise ship, or get up early to join an optional excursion to the Abu Simbel Temples. After returning to the ship at noon for lunch and a short rest, the cruise will set sail for the Temple of Kom Ombo. The dock is about a 5–20-minute walk from the temple. The Temple of Kom Ombo offers a unique experience of worshipping two gods. Stroll through the ancient temple dedicated to both Horus, the falcon god, and Sobek, the crocodile god, explore its exquisite murals and architectural remains, and experience the rich heritage of ancient Egyptian mythology and history. Today's schedule: Chinese-speaking guide Today's notes: (1) Aswan–Abu Simbel Temple: 290 km one way / approximately 3.5 hours. A visit to Abu Simbel must be booked at least one day in advance. An early start is required, at around 4:30 a.m.; the entire excursion takes approximately 8–10 hours. Day 6
Kom Ombo - Edfu - Luxor
Itinerary details
Travel by cruise ship to Edfu, a lesser-known city situated on a particularly favorable stretch of the Nile. It preserves a glimpse of ancient Egyptian civilization spanning thousands of years, making it an ideal destination for lovers of ancient Egyptian culture. Take a horse-drawn carriage to visit【Edfu Temple】, one of Egypt's best-preserved temples, where Horus, the falcon-headed god of the sky, was worshipped. The cruise continues to【Esna Lock】, where you can watch the impressive sight of cruise ships lining up to pass through. You may also get to see Esna's unique floating market, where locals sell goods from small boats—a fun way to shop on the water. After the cruise ship arrives in Luxor, visit【Luxor Temple】, dedicated to the Theban Triad. Today's schedule: Chinese-speaking guide Today's notes: (1) A round trip by horse-drawn carriage is required to visit Edfu Temple. Carriage drivers normally wear numbered clothing. Remember your carriage number when you leave, then find a carriage with the same number for the return trip. Please follow the arrangements made locally. (2) ♥ Special gift: a traditional Luxor carriage ride through the streets of the old town. Please hold on tightly while riding to avoid falling or other accidents.

Luxor ✈ Cairo
Itinerary details
Today, you may choose to get up early and join an optional hot air balloon ride at your own expense: “Enjoy Luxor’s magnificent sunrise from the sky aboard a hot air balloon, and take in an aerial view of the Nile and ancient sites such as the majestic Valley of the Kings. The flight lasts about 1 hour and includes insurance.” “You haven’t been to Egypt if you haven’t been to Luxor.” Depart in the morning to visit the 【Karnak Temple】, on the east bank of the Nile and lined with giant stone pillars. Then head to the west bank of the Nile to visit the 【Valley of the Kings】, where many Egyptian pharaohs are buried, and the 【Temple of Queen Hatshepsut】, built for the ancient Egyptian female pharaoh. Between the west bank of the Nile and the Valley of the Kings, two “singing” 【Colossi of Memnon】 stand in the open countryside. After the tour, transfer to Luxor Airport and take a flight to Cairo at your own expense. The flight takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Today’s arrangements: Chinese-speaking guide Today's notes: (1) Hot air balloon rides generally operate in 2 batches. We will do our best to book the first batch, but this cannot be guaranteed due to local conditions. Each balloon may carry up to around 20–30 people. Please stand securely and hold on, and keep a firm grip on your phone when taking photos to prevent it from falling. Hot air ballooning involves some risk, so please carefully consider whether to take part. [The Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority has decided to suspend all hot-air balloon flights in Luxor from June 1 to August 31. Please take note!]

Tour Information
《Special Notes》
1. This is a destination-join-in tour with international group departures. Provided the promised services and standards remain unchanged, different vehicles and guides may serve you on different days. You will share vehicles with other guests, and guests arriving a few days before or after you, or taking the same itinerary, may be regrouped to travel together in a different order. The travel agency and guide may make reasonable adjustments to your itinerary based on weather, traffic, and other conditions (such as changing the itinerary order, sightseeing order, timing, or flights), without reducing the number of attractions. Please take note.
2. Under local Egyptian regulations, the Chinese-speaking guides and English-speaking assistants on this tour are all Egyptian. They are professional and welcoming, and most have religious beliefs. Please respect their beliefs, lifestyle, and food culture during the tour. No Chinese-speaking guide or vehicle is provided during free time. An English-speaking assistant can come to the hotel to help if needed. Some transfers and domestic flights may be accompanied only by an English-speaking assistant or driver.
3. We recommend exchanging for US dollars in advance or at the airport. US dollars are preferred locally in Egypt, and euros are also accepted in cash. The guide uses WeChat, so can also accept renminbi through WeChat. If you exchange for Egyptian pounds, you may not be able to buy entrance tickets (some guides can help purchase them, but accept only US dollars, euros, or renminbi). Cruise tips are accepted only in US dollars or euros. Egyptian pounds have few uses during a short trip of just a few days, aside from paying to use the restroom, so exchanging for them may not be necessary.
4. Nile cruise facilities and conditions differ somewhat from those of hotels and developed areas. The facilities, equipment, and conditions vary from one cruise ship to another, as ships depart daily. As the ships operate on the river for extended periods, rooms can be quite damp and may have some odor. Also, because the engines are loud, some rooms may be affected by engine noise while the ship is underway (the noise is lower at night, but this issue cannot be entirely avoided). Rooms are assigned at random at check-in. We recommend asking the cruise ship’s front desk staff to arrange a room away from the engines or in a quieter area, but we cannot guarantee this request can be accommodated. Please refer to the actual room assignment.
5. Egypt is still a relatively underdeveloped developing country. Due to limited local economic conditions, transportation, hotel services and facilities, dining, and other aspects may differ from those in developed cities. Local five-star hotels may be comparable to four-star hotels in China, and some may offer fairly basic conditions because they opened or were renovated some time ago. Hotels we commonly work with are often not in the city center. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Tipping is customary in Egypt. People such as public restroom attendants, hotel porters, and restaurant servers may ask for tips; this is unrelated to our company. Please respect local customs and be prepared for this before your trip.
7. There is no compulsory shopping requirement or arrangement on this tour (shopping at attractions, on the cruise ship, or elsewhere that is not organized by our company is not included). The guide may also recommend local specialty shops, such as papyrus painting or essential oil shops; if you are not interested, please decline directly. If other tour members wish to shop, the group may make a stop. Thank you for your understanding.
8. During special holidays (such as May Day, National Day, Christmas, and Chinese New Year) or peak season, cruise cabins may be in short supply. The guide may not be on the same cruise as the group, or some group members may be assigned to another cruise. However, the guide will provide commentary at the relevant temple attractions (Kom Ombo Temple and Edfu Temple) during their stops. We appreciate your understanding of any inconvenience this may cause.
9. If you are late or miss an itinerary activity for personal reasons, you will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited that activity. During the trip, you may not leave or separate from the group without the consent of the guide or travel agency. If you receive consent to leave the group, you must sign a liability waiver and assume responsibility for your personal safety and belongings during that period. No refunds will be provided in any of these circumstances. You will be solely responsible for any personal safety issues and additional expenses that arise as a result.
10. Some entertainment and commercial venues at the destination may be privately operated and may not meet consistent standards, posing various risks. For your safety and health, please exercise caution when spending money at such venues. During free time, do not go out privately with anyone outside the tour group or visit dangerous areas. We cannot ensure your safety while you are away from the group, or accept responsibility for any issues arising from other activities you take part in or from being in dangerous areas. Please take care of your personal safety when going out or joining optional activities. Do not take part in high-risk activities such as camel riding, as we cannot ensure your safety during such activities. Please take note.
11. Meals included in the itinerary may be served at different locations or to different standards depending on the actual itinerary and group size, provided the number of meals remains unchanged. No refund will be given if you choose to skip a meal. The buffets listed in the itinerary are provided by hotels or cruise ships and generally do not include drinks. Please pay for drinks yourself if needed.
12. The local guide may recommend optional activities based on the circumstances. These are generally offered as packages, and you may choose whether to participate according to your needs. There is no compulsory spending. Please make sure you understand the activities before signing up and paying. Once confirmed, they cannot be canceled or changed.
13. Local transportation conditions in Egypt are poor. Traffic congestion is common in cities, and drivers generally have poor driving habits. If a driver drives unsafely or speeds, please promptly point this out. If you have any concerns, contact us immediately to avoid potential risks and danger.
14. Egypt is relatively safe and has good public security. However, please keep valuables with you in hotels and crowded places, and take good care of your belongings while traveling. When getting off the bus to sightsee, dine, or shop, please make sure the vehicle doors and windows are closed and keep your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items;
15. During your trip in Egypt, local police may conduct random passport checks. The English-speaking airport assistant will also ask to check your name against your passport. Before departure, check that your passport is valid and that you have the correct visa type. You must carry a valid passport with you on the tour. If a tour member does not bring a valid passport, the guide may refuse to accept them on the tour or ask them to leave the group;
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our Booking Notes and Terms of Liability carefully. This document contains important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of tour members traveling overseas, and, together with our Important Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Notes, forms part of the travel contract. We reserve all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(I) Registration Process and Important Notes
If you book through this website, please carefully read all the terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour information notice. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms published by our company. If any tour participant violates the rules set out in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, please fill out the booking form on the website. Carefully complete and check all information, including names, gender, ID/passport numbers, contact details, required room type, and pickup and drop-off points. Our company accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer. After successful submission, we will send you an order confirmation. As seats on the tour bus are limited, we will prioritize boarding arrangements according to when payment is received. The final vehicle will be assigned based on group size, with one seat guaranteed per person. After checking that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the validity period of the order. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, the booking will be treated as automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Guests must ensure that the full tour fee (100%) is paid at least five business days before departure. As tour bus seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel bookings are often subject to deadlines, guests booking within five business days of departure must promptly complete payment. Otherwise, depending on the circumstances, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred regardless of the payment method. After payment, please email or fax proof of payment (the bank transaction slip for an in-person transfer or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company. Be sure to include the corresponding order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department cannot match the payment to the order. If the tour fee has still not arrived two days before the end of the tour because payment was made late, we reserve the right to ask the guest to provide the corresponding amount in cash to the tour guide as a deposit. If we later confirm that payment was made twice, we will promptly refund the overpayment.
3. After our company confirms receipt of the participants’ payments, we will confirm their tour registration. Five days before departure, participants will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during registration. It will include information for reference, such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filtering, participants may not receive the notice five days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. We will arrange room types according to guests’ requests. In exceptional circumstances, such as during peak travel season when a hotel has insufficient rooms, or due to other uncontrollable factors, the room type may change, and tour members must cooperate with our arrangements. If the room arrangements on arrival do not meet a tour member’s requirements because they entered the wrong gender or room-type preference when booking, our agency will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred must be paid by the tour member.
5. If a participant needs to leave the tour early for special reasons, they must notify us when registering or before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation not used after leaving early, 16 EUR will be deducted (or 30 EUR per unused night if the participant booked a single room for the entire tour). If no hotel nights are missed, no refund will be made from the tour price. If a participant requests to leave the tour early during the trip, they must inform the tour guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid will not be refunded. Participants must provide truthful information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters when registering and during the trip, complete all relevant information accurately, and fulfill the required legal formalities. Participants are responsible for any costs and losses resulting from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Visitors with a history of serious illness (for example, those with a critical, terminal, or contagious disease) must disclose this truthfully when registering. In view of a visitor’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept their registration.
6. Travelers aged 70 or over who sign up for a tour must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on signing up without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking, depending on the circumstances. Travelers shall be responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. As a general rule, participation is not recommended for those more than 24 weeks pregnant. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Liability Waiver, but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Those less than 24 weeks pregnant who insist on joining must also be accompanied by a family member and complete a Participation Declaration, but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their duty of care and is responsible for the minor’s safety. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising from a minor’s own actions or from inadequate supervision by their accompanying adult during the trip.
9. Participants must ensure that all information provided for the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact phone numbers. Participants are responsible for all consequences resulting from incorrect information (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or a guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact a participant because the mobile phone number provided is incorrect). Participants are responsible for any resulting personal return travel costs, transportation costs, travel expenses, and other losses.
10. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before their tour participation is confirmed. If an applicant books flights or other tickets related to the itinerary at their own discretion but is ultimately unable to join the tour, they shall bear all resulting losses.

In all of the above cases, written notice must be provided; otherwise, it will be treated as an automatic forfeiture, and our company will not be held responsible.
(4) Member Obligations
1. Tour participants must not engage in illegal activities during the trip.
2. When exercising their rights, group members must not harm the interests of the state, society or the collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social etiquette. Tour members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff, show mutual respect and assist one another, and respect local ethnic customs and traditions. Do not deface landscapes or buildings, spit, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and strengthen your awareness of personal safety. Tour members may choose and purchase personal accident travel insurance and other insurance at their own discretion. During the trip, keep your luggage and belongings safe, and carry valuables with you or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, pay attention to the local weather and take care to keep children safe.
6. If a traveler voluntarily takes part in hazardous activities included in a regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, the traveler shall be solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury, and our company shall bear no liability.
7. The airport pickup assistant and tour guide are both Egyptian locals. They are professional and hospitable, and most have religious beliefs. Please respect their faith, lifestyle, and food culture during the trip.
(5) Liability
1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, places visited, and departure dates as required by specific circumstances.
2. If changes arise beyond our company’s control, such as insufficient numbers of participants or problems with a ship / aircraft, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, our company will refund all fees paid by the members or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company accepts no liability for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a serious infectious disease outbreak, natural disaster, other disaster, disturbance, murder, riot, war, or other disaster beyond our company’s control that may seriously threaten members’ personal safety, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transport disruptions, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, but must notify members in advance. Our company is not responsible for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public security conditions vary from country to country, tour members should take care of their personal and traffic safety and keep their belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other causes, notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Participants must carry a valid passport and identification documents at all times. If a participant has to leave the tour early because of an issue with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this themselves, and any remaining tour fees are non-refundable. If this affects the other participants’ itinerary, the participant must pay the relevant compensation.
6. If a traveler suffers personal injury or death, or loss of property, as a result of an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident while taking part in entertainment or recreational activities, illness, death, or a fall or injury resulting from personal activities, or the traveler’s violation of the provisions or notices set out in our company’s terms), the traveler shall bear all related liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or loss of property. The traveler shall compensate our company for any losses caused as a result.
7. If a group member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our tour leader has the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and we accept no responsibility for anything the member does after leaving the group.

Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic jams, traffic accidents, holiday events, unrest, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If you have onward travel arrangements and need to take other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of free time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. We accept no responsibility for any losses incurred due to onward travel arrangements made without allowing sufficient free time.
Tour Information
Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our Important Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Notes carefully. This document contains important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of tour members traveling overseas, and, together with our Booking Notes and Terms of Liability, forms part of the travel contract.
(1) Helpful tips
1. Most attractions offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring an international student card.
2. Plug standards vary between countries. If needed, please bring your own adapters for different types of outlets.
3. Egypt is an Islamic country, so please respect local religious beliefs and customs. Women should avoid wearing overly revealing clothing, and couples should refrain from intimate gestures such as hugging in public.
4. Alcohol is not prohibited in Egypt, but drinking spirits in public places is not advisable.
5. Photography is prohibited in sensitive areas such as government buildings and military facilities. Do not photograph women without their permission. Ask for permission before taking photographs inside mosques or museums.
6. Pay attention to food hygiene; it is best to avoid buying street food. Do not bring pork products.
7. Tipping is common in Egypt. Tips are generally given to waitstaff, tour guides, and drivers.
(2) Safety information
Clothing
1. The weather is changeable, so be sure to carry rain gear and a warm jacket with you.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and to make it easier to return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant parties (such as the hotel or airline) and report it to the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, keep the police report to make a claim with the relevant party or your insurance company (if you have insurance).
Food
1. The tour guide will do their best to help guests who need it arrange Chinese-style group meals. If the group is too small for a group meal, or one cannot be arranged due to holidays, opening hours, or other reasons (such as there being no Chinese restaurant in a small town), the guide will do their best to help guests find fast food or Western food, or arrange meals at a supermarket or the hotel. If meals arranged as part of the itinerary cannot meet the needs of every guest, we appreciate your understanding. We recommend bringing bottled water and snacks in case they are needed.
2. Do not drink unclean water or eat unhygienic, spoiled, or foul-smelling food. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To help prevent travel-related illness, bring any medicines you regularly use or commonly need. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case of emergency. Never take medication provided by someone else without careful consideration.
5. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcohol. Participants who enjoy drinking must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. Anyone who causes trouble while intoxicated, disturbs public order, infringes on others’ rights, or causes financial loss to a third party is solely responsible.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① Hotels do not provide daily necessities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, or kettles. Please bring your own. In the event of a trade fair or other large-scale event, our company reserves the right to choose the hotel star rating.
② If you book with our company a hotel in a city not included in the itinerary's overnight stays, our company reserves the right to choose the hotel star rating.
2. Hotel meals:
① No hot drinking water is provided in the hotel rooms.
② Hotel food differs somewhat from food in China. Breakfast is fairly simple, and lunch and dinner are not particularly abundant; the quantity and quality are considerably below the standard in China.
3. Hotel room types:
① Triple rooms consist of one double bed and one single bed, and are only permitted for two adults traveling with one child under 14 years of age.
② For general individual travelers, our company arranges room sharing (twin beds). If there is one male and one female traveling alone, we will try to arrange for each to share with another traveler of the same gender or provide an extra bed. If necessary, married couples may need to stay in separate rooms; please cooperate. When arranging hotel room types according to travelers’ requests at the time of booking, if an odd number of guests or a solo traveler books (for example, 3, 5, or 7 people) and selects a double room, no single-room supplement will be charged if they accept the assigned arrangement. Those who refuse the arrangement must pay the additional single-room supplement.
4. Hotel safety tips:
① Please keep your valuables safe. Do not leave them in your hotel room, and avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings secure, and bring a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards to use as proof when applying for replacements if they are lost.
② Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
③ Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any resulting hotel fines must be paid by the person responsible.
④ After checking into the hotel, familiarize yourself with its safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the fire-fighting equipment is located. Find out where the hotel’s emergency exits and stairways are, and learn the evacuation routes.
⑤ Check that all the items provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
⑥ Do not casually tell strangers the name of your hotel or room number. Do not let strangers or anyone claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you enter or leave, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you rather than near the windows or elsewhere.
⑦ If you need to go out while staying at the hotel, inform your tour guide and get a hotel key card from the front desk. The card has the hotel’s address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Yes
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather on time and depart promptly. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes early. Our tour bus will not wait. Anyone who fails to meet at the agreed time and place, or join the tour en route, will be considered to have forfeited their place, and no refund will be given.
② The boarding and disembarking times shown on the website are estimates. The company’s confirmation will determine the exact pickup and drop-off locations. (If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pickup point on time, or the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, minibuses, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while minibuses and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. As coach luggage-compartment space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. We will arrange vehicles based on the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding near attractions, coach parking areas in most European cities are located some distance away, and drivers are not allowed to park wherever they wish. Violations can result in hefty fines, so the drop-off and pick-up points may be some distance from the attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for coach travel:
① Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not handle any items in the vehicle unnecessarily, to avoid damage.
④ Follow the tour guide’s instructions during temporary coach stops, and do not wander away.
⑤ When leaving the tour vehicle to sightsee, eat, or shop, remember to close the vehicle windows and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain, if it breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial action. Please cooperate.
(3) Other information and important notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please be sure to carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you.
3. When participating in group activities, follow the tour leader's/guide's instructions and avoid leaving the group for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your health and abilities, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. Tour members are strongly advised not to take part in these activities during free time on the trip. If you choose to take part, you do so at your own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and observe all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding the animals in a wildlife park.
7. When visiting areas with poor public security, be especially vigilant and avoid going out alone.
