Changes and cancellation policy

Important Information:

1. To keep the vehicle clean and hygienic and ensure a comfortable ride for all passengers, please do not eat or consume drinks, coffee, etc. in the vehicle. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee.

2. The meeting time is early in the morning, so please arrive on time. Out of respect for the majority of the group and to ensure the itinerary runs smoothly, if you are late for personal reasons or do not show up, you will be considered to have forfeited your place on the tour, and no refund will be issued. Please notify customer service in advance if you are bringing luggage or a suitcase. If you do not notify us in advance, we cannot guarantee that your belongings or luggage can be accommodated.

3. To ensure the itinerary runs smoothly and on time, staff will try to arrange a shared lunch, such as a group meal, buffet, or light meal. Please cooperate with the staff as much as possible.

4. During free time, please plan accordingly and gather at the specified time. Do not miss the return trip.

5. If you choose to leave the tour midway for personal reasons, you will be responsible for any personal safety issues and additional expenses that arise. Changes and refunds are not available.

6. The itinerary may be adjusted, changed, or suspended at short notice due to weather, strikes, safety concerns, or other reasons. Please cooperate with any such changes.

7. The times shown for this product are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be earlier or later due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, different vehicle types, holiday events, unrest, or strikes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation and amendment terms:

Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure. Cancellations within 7 days of departure incur the full charge.
