National Museum of Anthropology - Xochimilco - University City
Itinerary details
— Meet your guide at the hotel at around 9:00 ——Approx. 9:30–12:00 【National Museum of Anthropology】 (admission included; a dedicated guide will provide commentary). Mexico’s National Museum of Anthropology is the largest anthropology museum in Central America, with tens of thousands of artifacts from Indigenous civilizations in its collection. Thanks to its outstanding architecture and exhibits showcasing ancient Indigenous civilizations, the museum is one of Mexico City’s main tourist attractions. Our Chinese-speaking guide will give you a detailed introduction to important artifacts from Indigenous, Maya, and Aztec civilizations. ——Approx. 13:00–14:30 Xochimilco lunch and boat tour Experience the Aztec boat culture of the ancient Indigenous period in an ecological park. This is where the development of Mexico City’s urban transportation began, and it chronicles the city’s commercial and agricultural development. During our approximately one-hour boat excursion, accompanied by the lilting songs of mariachi, Mexico’s traditional wandering musicians, you’ll experience the distinctive charm of the “Venice of Mexico.” Disembark to visit the flower nurseries of the “place where flowers bloom.” After our boat tour ends amid the vibrant atmosphere of Latin America, we’ll head to the National Autonomous University of Mexico. ——Approx. 15:00–16:00 【National Autonomous University of Mexico】 Founded in 1551, this is the oldest and largest comprehensive university in Mexico and Latin America, and one of the world’s largest institutions of higher education. As Mexico’s leading university, it has welcomed world-renowned artists such as Juan O’Gorman, who brought their artistic creations to campus. The unadorned Indigenous artistic style and dazzling combination of Romantic and Realist techniques give the monumental murals on the building exteriors a powerful presence and vibrant color, creating a striking visual impact. Numerous classical, medieval, and Renaissance sculptures stand alongside modern architecture, adding a rich cultural atmosphere to the university. The passion flowing through Mexican veins is boldly expressed in dazzling colors and exaggerated lines, once again demonstrating the Mexican talent for bringing art and architecture together. In 2007, UNESCO added the university to the World Heritage List. ——The itinerary ends at approximately 16:00–17:00, and you will be returned to your hotel.

Our Booking Information and Terms of Liability
To best protect your interests, please read our “Booking Information and Terms of Responsibility” carefully. This document sets out important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of members of outbound tour groups, and, together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Notes,” forms part of the travel contract. Our company reserves all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(1) Registration Process and Important Notes
When booking through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour joining notice. Once you submit an order, we will consider this your confirmation of and full agreement to all the terms published by our company. If a tour member violates any of the rules stated in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences.
1. To register, first complete the booking form on the website. Please carefully fill in and check that all information is correct, including your name, gender, ID number, contact details, room type required, and pick-up and drop-off points. We accept no responsibility for any losses resulting from errors in the registration information you provide. As seats on the tour bus are limited, we will prioritize pick-up arrangements according to when payment is received. After checking that all information is correct, please arrange payment within the order’s validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, your booking will be treated as an automatic cancellation, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Tour members must ensure that 100% of the tour price is paid at least five working days before departure. As seats on tour buses and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel reservations are often subject to deadlines, members who book within five working days of departure must promptly complete payment. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to hold or cancel the booking without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred when paying the tour price, regardless of the payment method. After payment, please send proof of payment (a bank counter remittance slip or a screenshot showing a successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the corresponding booking number in the payment reference; otherwise, our Finance Department will be unable to match the payment to the booking. If, due to late payment, the tour price has still not been received two days before the tour ends, our agency reserves the right to require the tour member to provide the tour guide for that tour with cash collateral equal to the tour price. If it is subsequently confirmed that the payment was made twice, our company will promptly refund the excess amount.
3. After our company confirms receipt of the group members’ payments, we will confirm their places on the tour. Three days before departure, group members will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during registration. It will include information such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filtering, group members may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member promptly for assistance.
4. By default, our company arranges hotel room types according to the requirements stated by group members at registration. In exceptional circumstances, such as peak travel periods when a hotel has insufficient rooms of a particular type, or for other uncontrollable reasons, the room type may change, and group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If on-site room arrangements do not meet a participant’s requirements because they entered the wrong gender or room type at registration, our agency will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the group member.
5. If a group member needs to leave the tour early due to special circumstances, they must inform us at registration or before joining the tour and sign the “Early Tour Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation not used after leaving early, €16 will be deducted; if no hotel night is missed, the tour price will not be reduced. If a group member requests to leave the tour early while the tour is in progress, they must inform the tour guide and sign the “Early Tour Departure Declaration”; fees paid will not be refunded. Group members must provide truthful information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters at registration and during the itinerary, complete the relevant forms accurately, and fulfill all legal requirements. Any costs or losses arising from personal circumstances, such as feeling unwell during the trip, must be borne by the group member. Travelers with a history of serious illness, terminal illness, or contagious disease, for example, must disclose this truthfully at registration. In view of a traveler’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to refuse the booking.
6. Tour members aged 70 or over must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration” when registering. If a member insists on joining without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their registration at its discretion. Tour members are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions;
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when registering. In principle, travelers more than 24 weeks pregnant are not advised to join the tour. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Liability Waiver”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse their registration at its discretion. Travelers less than 24 weeks pregnant who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Tour Participation Declaration”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse their registration at its discretion. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult, who must fulfill their guardianship duties and be responsible for the minor’s safety. Tour members are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from the minor’s own actions or the accompanying adult’s failure to provide proper supervision.
9. Members must ensure that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, particularly personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. Members are responsible for all consequences arising from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border due to an expired personal document or a visa type that does not meet the destination country's entry requirements, or a tour member providing an incorrect mobile number, making them unreachable by the guide or other relevant staff). Any resulting losses, including personal return costs, transportation costs, and travel expenses, must be borne by the tour member.
9. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before their tour booking is confirmed. If an applicant chooses to book flights or other tickets related to the itinerary but is ultimately unable to secure a place on the tour, the applicant is responsible for all resulting losses.

Tour members who voluntarily take part in hazardous activities included in an official tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, are personally responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury. Our company bears no liability.
(5) Liability
1. We reserve the right to change the accommodation, itinerary, sightseeing locations, and departure date as circumstances require.
2. If circumstances beyond our company’s control arise, such as an insufficient number of participants or problems with a ship or aircraft, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is cancelled, our company will refund all fees paid by the tour members or recommend a similar replacement product, and will bear no liability for cancelling the itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, acts of God, disturbances, murder, riots, war or other disasters beyond our company’s control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of tour members, as well as unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and may also shorten or extend the trip, provided that tour members are notified in advance. Our company bears no responsibility for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and tour members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, group members should take care of their personal and traffic safety and keep their belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other incidents, please notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Tour members must carry valid passports and identification documents at all times. If a member leaves the tour midway because of problems with their documents or passport, they are responsible for the consequences, and the remaining tour fee is non-refundable. If this affects the other tour members’ itinerary, the member must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a tour member suffers personal injury, death, or loss or damage to property during the itinerary as a result of an accident (such as an accident while taking part in an entertainment or game activity, illness, death, a fall, or a trip-related injury resulting from personal activities, or the member’s violation of the provisions and instructions set out in our company’s terms), the member is solely responsible for the associated liabilities and expenses. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, loss, or damage. The member must compensate our company for any losses caused as a result.
7. If a tour member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the group’s normal activities or interests, our tour leader has the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company is not responsible for any actions taken by the member after leaving the tour.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, festivals or sporting events, riots, or strikes. Thank you for your understanding. If you have onward travel plans and need to take other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of extra time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. We accept no responsibility for any losses resulting from members making their own travel arrangements without allowing sufficient extra time.
