The pier area is also a great place to take a sightseeing boat and enjoy the unique harbor scenery, including Hamburg Harbor, Speicherstadt, and the Elbphilharmonie. • Reeperbahn: Hamburg’s famous nightlife and entertainment district, with many bars, clubs, theaters, and music venues. The Beatles also performed here before becoming world-famous. *Door-to-door driver-guide pickup and drop-off notes 1. V. Liability:
1. Our company acts only as an agent for services arranged by airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or other travel organizations. We shall have no connection with, and accept no responsibility for, any property loss, accidental death, or additional expenses incurred by participants or guests on the itineraries or brochures as a result of natural or man-made disasters, mechanical failures, traffic delays, fires, strikes, war, political unrest, circumstances beyond our control, or changes to government regulations.
2. The organizations operating the sightseeing transportation and hotels used by our company, such as aircraft, ships, trains, and business vehicles, each have their own rules regarding passenger safety and lost luggage. Cases involving lost luggage, accidental injury or death, and property loss will be handled in accordance with the rules established by the relevant organizations, and are entirely unrelated to our company, which accepts no responsibility.
3. In exceptional circumstances, such as severe weather, strikes, typhoons, lost documents, hotels unexpectedly announcing that they are fully booked, cancellation or delay of the scheduled flight, political upheaval, epidemics, or any other unforeseen event beyond our control, it may be necessary to change or cancel any part of the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation. Our company reserves the right to make decisions at its sole discretion based on the circumstances at the time. In such cases, participants may not object or claim compensation. Participants are responsible for any resulting losses or additional costs.
4. All tour participants must comply with the laws of each country. Carrying goods for illegal resale or prohibited items is strictly forbidden. Entry and exit regulations are set by each individual country. If you are denied entry to any country for personal reasons, our company will bear no responsibility. Important: If, during the trip, a traveler accidentally or deliberately damages the tour vehicle or any facilities within the hotel premises, they will bear full responsibility and must compensate for all related losses. More serious damage may result in criminal liability under local law. We kindly ask all travelers to take care of public property and enjoy their trip!
6. Notes for Tour Participants:
1. The driver and guide will contact tour participants the day before departure. If you have not received a message from the driver and guide by 9 p.m. local time, please call the contact number listed on your tour voucher promptly.
2. In view of the limited luggage space in our tour vehicles, each passenger may bring only one large and one small piece of luggage on board (large luggage must not exceed 30 kg or 28 inches; small luggage must not exceed 20 inches). We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!
3. Travel in Europe differs from travel in other parts of the world. Most attractions cannot be reached directly by tour vehicle and require walking. Travelers with limited mobility may have to wait in the vehicle at some attractions and may be unable to visit them with the group. No refund or compensation may be claimed for attractions missed for this reason. Please consider this carefully before booking. Once your booking is confirmed, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
4. The driver and tour guide work hard to serve all participants, explain attractions, and provide care throughout the tour. Please show your appreciation by tipping them before the end of the itinerary. In accordance with customary practice in Europe, our company requires each participant to tip the driver and tour guide a minimum total of €10 / £10 per day.
5. Please present your tour voucher (printed or electronic) when boarding at the meeting point. The vehicle will not wait for late arrivals, and no refund of the tour fee will be given. Our company accepts no responsibility. In the event of an emergency, please call the emergency number.

If you are denied entry by immigration or customs for any reason, our company accepts no responsibility. Participants are responsible for all resulting losses, and tour fees are non-refundable.
7. Please avoid bringing valuables and expensive jewelry where possible. Keep valuables and identification documents with you and take responsibility for them. In the event of loss, our company, the driver and the tour leader accept no responsibility.
8. All tour participants must comply with the laws of each country. The carriage of goods for resale or any prohibited items is strictly forbidden. Smoking is prohibited in all public places and indoor buildings throughout Europe, including hotel rooms. Fines can be as high as one thousand; please comply with local laws. In recent years, visitors have been prohibited from sitting on the ground to rest or eat at some famous European buildings and attractions. This is not only considered disrespectful, but may also result in immediate prosecution.
9. Meals and admission tickets during the itinerary are at your own expense. Please refer to the Spending Guide to estimate costs. Admission prices listed in the handbook and other promotional materials are for reference only. We cannot guarantee that prices are updated in real time; actual prices are as published on each attraction’s official website. Please bring an appropriate amount of local currency for use during the trip, and bring any personal medication you may need.
10. If a participant wishes to depart independently, return separately, or leave the tour partway through for any reason, our company will assist with arrangements. However, we will not be responsible for any direct or indirect costs or losses resulting from delays in transportation or other matters that cause the participant to miss a prearranged itinerary or accommodation.
11. If any participant deliberately obstructs the tour leader, endangers others’ safety, or disrupts the group’s normal activities or interests, the tour leader may, depending on the circumstances or with the approval of the majority of participants, cancel that participant’s right to remain on the tour and require them to leave the group. No refund will be given for the uncompleted portion of the trip. After leaving the group, the participant’s actions are entirely unrelated to our company.
12. If an aircraft or business vehicle is delayed due to a breakdown or traffic congestion, requiring changes to the itinerary or cancellation of activities, participants may not object or withdraw on these grounds. In the event of delays caused by bad weather, strikes, or sudden accidents, participants may not claim compensation or a refund of the tour fare.
13. The itinerary is provided for reference only. Our company will make appropriate arrangements and adjustments to the sightseeing schedule and accommodation as circumstances require. Activities may also be cancelled if attractions are closed for holidays or local festivals. Participants are expected to accept such changes and may not object.
14. The driver and tour guide work up to 10 hours per day. Overtime charges apply if their working hours are extended because of late arrivals, changes to stops, or other such reasons.
15. The organizations operating the sightseeing transportation and hotels used by our company, such as aircraft, ships, trains, and business vehicles, each have their own rules regarding participant safety and lost luggage. Cases involving lost luggage, accidental injury or death, and property loss will be handled in accordance with the rules established by the relevant organizations, and are unrelated to our company.
16. Participants are advised to purchase their own travel accident and baggage insurance. For information about purchasing insurance, please contact the travel agency where you booked or inquire directly with our company.
17. As private vehicle models may not be able to transport wheelchairs, we regret that we cannot accept bookings from wheelchair users.
18. Day-to-night temperature differences in Europe are substantial, and average temperatures exceed 30°C for no more than two months each year. As European countries are also strongly committed to environmental protection, some hotels in Europe do not have air conditioning. This does not mean that the hotel facilities fail to meet standards. Thank you for your understanding.
19. Our company reserves the right to publish participants’ images. We may take photos and videos of activities during the tour. If you do not wish to appear in them, please stay clear of the camera.
20. If the number of tour participants is small, our company reserves the right to combine guests speaking different languages on the same tour bus.
21. Under no circumstances will our company be responsible or issue a refund if a tour participant returns late during the itinerary and misses the scheduled departure time of the tour vehicle.
22. As other tour participants may be allergic to pets and some hotels do not allow pets, participants are prohibited from bringing pets on the tour. Please make arrangements for your pet in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
