Itinerary details
In the morning, a Chinese-speaking tour guide and driver will meet you at the time and place you have reserved, and your fun-filled journey will begin! Segovia is a historic city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. • Roman Aqueduct: The city’s most iconic landmark and a marvel of ancient Roman architecture. Built around the late 1st or early 2nd century AD, the aqueduct is approximately 15 kilometers long and carried water from the Cold Stream River into the city. Most astonishing is the elevated section: its massive granite blocks were assembled using precise cutting and gravity alone. After 2,000 years, it still stands today. • Alcázar of Segovia: One of the most fairytale-like castles, said to have inspired the castle in Disney’s Snow White. Originally a Roman fortification, it later served as a royal palace and a state prison, and now houses a military archive. Climb the Tower of John II for magnificent views over Segovia and the surrounding valleys. • Segovia Cathedral: Built in the 16th century, it is known as “The Lady of Cathedrals” and is one of the last Gothic buildings constructed in Spain. It combines Late Gothic and Renaissance architectural elements. The richly decorated interior features an exquisite choir, stained-glass windows, chapels, and more. • Spanish roast suckling pig: Segovia is famous for its signature roast suckling pig. The century-old Meson de Candido in the city is the most famous and legendary restaurant for trying roast suckling pig. It has hosted many members of royal families, political leaders, artists, football stars, and others. *Door-to-door driver-guide pickup and drop-off notes 1. Driver-guide pickup and drop-off service is limited to transfers on the first day of the tour and the day the tour ends, and is only available within the city limits of the tour's starting and ending cities. 2. When booking, guests must provide in the notes the address for driver-guide pickup on the first day (within the city) and the address for drop-off by the driver-guide at the end of the tour (within the city). 3. Please arrive at the designated pickup point in advance or on time. The driver-guide will not wait for late arrivals, and tour fees are non-refundable. Please wait at the designated location; the driver-guide will come to meet you and escort you to the vehicle. Do not look for the vehicle on your own. 4. If you cannot find the driver-guide at the designated time and place, please do not panic! Stay where you are and call the emergency number +31-624399070 immediately for assistance. 5. The driver-guide's working hours are 10 hours per day. Overtime charges apply if working hours are extended because guests are late, request changes to stops, or for other reasons. 6. Each guest may bring no more than one large and one small piece of luggage on board (large luggage must weigh no more than 30 kg and measure no more than 28 inches; small luggage must measure no more than 20 inches). Each additional piece of luggage will incur a service fee of 20 EUR.

Day 2
Valladolid - Ribera del Duero - Bilbao
Itinerary details
The Douro River Valley is known as Spain's “Napa Valley” and is famous for its high-quality, richly aromatic red wines. • Wine Route: The route runs mainly along both banks of the Douro River and stretches for about 115 kilometers. It is a wonderful way to immerse yourself in Spanish wine culture, history, and cuisine. A holy grail for wine lovers, it includes famous wineries such as Bodegas Protos and PradoRey, both of which offer guided tours and tastings (please book in advance) to help visitors learn about their winemaking culture. The local specialty, roast suckling lamb, is a classic pairing with the region's red wine. Bilbao has transformed from an industrial port into an international center for modern art, culture, and fine dining, and is renowned for its successful urban transformation. • Guggenheim Museum: Designed by architect Frank Gehry, the museum is a gigantic work of deconstructivist art. Its exterior is covered with 33,000 titanium panels, forming flowing, futuristic curves—a true architectural marvel. The museum's main collections and exhibitions feature modern and contemporary art, including paintings, sculptures, and installations. Outside, visitors can admire iconic works of art, including a giant floral puppy sculpture and the giant spider sculpture Maman. • Old Town: The Siete Calles area consists of seven old streets lined with specialty shops, bars, restaurants, and more. The Old Town's Plaza Nueva, surrounded by beautiful arcaded buildings, is a great place to enjoy Spanish tapas and relax.

Day 3
Bilbao - San Juan de Gaztelugatxe - Getaria - San Sebastián - Pamplona
Itinerary details
San Juan de Gaztelugatxe is a tiny island connected to the mainland, set amid the natural scenery of the northern coast and also a filming location for “Game of Thrones”. • Spectacular island scenery: Perched on a rugged cliff, the island is crowned by a small hermitage. Tradition says to ring its bell three times while making a wish. Reaching the island requires climbing 241 steep, narrow stone steps. The scenic route makes it well worth a visit. Getaria is a charming traditional fishing village, renowned for its maritime history, spectacular coastline, distinctive cuisine, and famous residents. • Spanish seafood cuisine: The village is known for its fresh, abundant seafood, including baby squid and turbot. The grilled seafood restaurants along the harbor are ideal for sampling authentic grilled fish and other seafood, best paired with Txakoli white wine. • Birthplace of Balenciaga: Getaria is the hometown of internationally renowned fashion designer Cristóbal Balenciaga. The Balenciaga Museum showcases works by the legendary designer, including his creative fashions. San Sebastián is renowned for its magnificent shell-shaped bay and for having one of the highest concentrations of Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe. • La Concha Beach: Its elegant crescent-shaped bay, golden sand, and iconic promenade have made this resort town famous around the world. Nearby are the quieter Ondarreta Beach and Zurriola Beach, a surfing hotspot. • A paradise for food lovers worldwide: Visitors can book ahead at the city’s Michelin-starred restaurants to enjoy fine food and wine prepared by renowned chefs. The bars in the Old Town display an array of exquisite Spanish small bites (known locally as pintxos) on their counters. The traditional way to enjoy them is to order one signature pintxo and a glass of Txakoli white wine or Rioja red wine at each bar, then move on to the next.

Day 4
Pamplona - Olite - Logroño - Madrid
Itinerary details
Pamplona is a historic medieval city, famous for its annual San Fermín Running of the Bulls festival. • San Fermín Running of the Bulls: The festival begins each year at noon on July 6, when the mayor officially launches the event by firing a rocket from the balcony of City Hall, and ends at midnight on July 14. The daily bull runs take place at 8 a.m. • In Hemingway's footsteps: The Running of the Bulls festival and the beautifully decorated Café Iruña were described in American writer Ernest Hemingway's novel The Sun Also Rises, bringing them worldwide fame. The city also has a statue of Hemingway and many bars he visited. Olite was once the capital of the Kingdom of Navarre and is famous for its magnificent Royal Palace. • Olite Royal Palace: The palace is filled with romantic, fairy-tale charm. Its towers and elegant courtyards showcase the luxurious lifestyle of the medieval royal court, while the city walls offer magnificent views over the entire town. • Medieval Old Town: The area still preserves its ancient Roman walls and medieval street layout. Stroll along the narrow cobbled streets and soak up the rich history. Logroño is one of the top wine-producing regions, renowned for its refined Spanish pintxos culture. • Puente de Piedra and Puente de Hierro: These two stone bridges are important crossings over the Ebro River and the main routes for pilgrims entering Logroño. • Co-Cathedral of Santa María de la Redonda: A famous city landmark and an important pilgrimage site on the Way of St. James, renowned for its Baroque twin towers. • Calle Laurel: The city’s most famous foodie destination. Its narrow streets and alleys are lined with distinctive bars and tapas shops, serving signature specialties such as mushroom-and-shrimp skewers, grilled pork skewers, and meatballs. Arrive in Madrid at around dusk. Your driver-guide will then bid you farewell and drop you off at your prearranged location, bringing the tour to an end!

V. Liability:
1. Our company acts only as an agent for services arranged by airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or other travel organizations. We shall have no connection with, and accept no responsibility for, any property loss, accidental death, or additional expenses incurred by participants or guests on the itineraries or brochures as a result of natural or man-made disasters, mechanical failures, traffic delays, fires, strikes, war, political unrest, circumstances beyond our control, or changes to government regulations.
2. The organizations operating the sightseeing transportation and hotels used by our company, such as aircraft, ships, trains, and business vehicles, each have their own rules regarding passenger safety and lost luggage. Cases involving lost luggage, accidental injury or death, and property loss will be handled in accordance with the rules established by the relevant organizations, and are entirely unrelated to our company, which accepts no responsibility.
3. In exceptional circumstances, such as severe weather, strikes, typhoons, lost documents, hotels unexpectedly announcing that they are fully booked, cancellation or delay of the scheduled flight, political upheaval, epidemics, or any other unforeseen event beyond our control, it may be necessary to change or cancel any part of the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation. Our company reserves the right to make decisions at its sole discretion based on the circumstances at the time. In such cases, participants may not object or claim compensation. Participants are responsible for any resulting losses or additional costs.
4. All tour participants must comply with the laws of each country. Carrying goods for illegal resale or prohibited items is strictly forbidden. Entry and exit regulations are set by each individual country. If you are denied entry to any country for personal reasons, our company will bear no responsibility. No refund will be given for the remainder of the tour, and you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as transportation and accommodation. These costs are unrelated to our company.
5. Our company and tour staff are not responsible for money or belongings lost due to theft, anywhere or under any circumstances. Participants are responsible for looking after their own valuables and documents.
6. Under no circumstances will our company be responsible or issue a refund if a participant is late and misses the departure of the tour vehicle.
7. As the bus model may not be suitable for transporting wheelchairs, we regret that we cannot accept bookings from people who use wheelchairs.
8. Our company reserves the right to publish images of participants, and we may take photos and videos of activities during the trip.
9. Important: If, during the trip, a traveler accidentally or deliberately damages the tour vehicle or any facilities within the hotel premises, they will bear full responsibility and must compensate for all related losses. More serious damage may result in criminal liability under local law. We kindly ask all travelers to take care of public property and enjoy their trip!
6. Notes for Tour Participants:
1. The driver and guide will contact tour participants the day before departure. If you have not received a message from the driver and guide by 9 p.m. local time, please call the contact number listed on your tour voucher promptly.
2. In view of the limited luggage space in our tour vehicles, each passenger may bring only one large and one small piece of luggage on board (large luggage must not exceed 30 kg or 28 inches; small luggage must not exceed 20 inches). If you bring more than one large and one small piece (provided there is sufficient space in the luggage compartment), an additional €5 per item per day (£5 per item on the Purple Line) will be charged for the driver’s handling service. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!
3. Travel in Europe differs from travel in other parts of the world. Most attractions cannot be reached directly by tour vehicle and require walking. Travelers with limited mobility may have to wait in the vehicle at some attractions and may be unable to visit them with the group. No refund or compensation may be claimed for attractions missed for this reason. Please consider this carefully before booking. Once your booking is confirmed, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
4. The driver and tour guide work hard to serve all participants, explain attractions, and provide care throughout the tour. Please show your appreciation by tipping them before the end of the itinerary. In accordance with customary practice in Europe, our company requires each participant to tip the driver and tour guide a minimum total of €10 / £10 per day.
5. Please present your tour voucher (printed or electronic) when boarding at the meeting point. The vehicle will not wait for late arrivals, and no refund of the tour fee will be given. Our company accepts no responsibility. In the event of an emergency, please call the emergency number.
6. Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents (passport) and visas. These must be valid for at least six months from the departure date. If you are denied entry by immigration or customs for any reason, our company accepts no responsibility. Participants are responsible for all resulting losses, and tour fees are non-refundable.
7. Please avoid bringing valuables and expensive jewelry where possible. Keep valuables and identification documents with you and take responsibility for them. In the event of loss, our company, the driver and the tour leader accept no responsibility.
8. All tour participants must comply with the laws of each country. The carriage of goods for resale or any prohibited items is strictly forbidden. Smoking is prohibited in all public places and indoor buildings throughout Europe, including hotel rooms. Fines can be as high as one thousand; please comply with local laws. In recent years, visitors have been prohibited from sitting on the ground to rest or eat at some famous European buildings and attractions. This is not only considered disrespectful, but may also result in immediate prosecution.
9. Meals and admission tickets during the itinerary are at your own expense. Please refer to the Spending Guide to estimate costs. Admission prices listed in the handbook and other promotional materials are for reference only. We cannot guarantee that prices are updated in real time; actual prices are as published on each attraction’s official website. Please bring an appropriate amount of local currency for use during the trip, and bring any personal medication you may need.
10. If a participant wishes to depart independently, return separately, or leave the tour partway through for any reason, our company will assist with arrangements. However, we will not be responsible for any direct or indirect costs or losses resulting from delays in transportation or other matters that cause the participant to miss a prearranged itinerary or accommodation.
11. If any participant deliberately obstructs the tour leader, endangers others’ safety, or disrupts the group’s normal activities or interests, the tour leader may, depending on the circumstances or with the approval of the majority of participants, cancel that participant’s right to remain on the tour and require them to leave the group. No refund will be given for the uncompleted portion of the trip. After leaving the group, the participant’s actions are entirely unrelated to our company.
12. If an aircraft or business vehicle is delayed due to a breakdown or traffic congestion, requiring changes to the itinerary or cancellation of activities, participants may not object or withdraw on these grounds. In the event of delays caused by bad weather, strikes, or sudden accidents, participants may not claim compensation or a refund of the tour fare.
13. The itinerary is provided for reference only. Our company will make appropriate arrangements and adjustments to the sightseeing schedule and accommodation as circumstances require. Activities may also be cancelled if attractions are closed for holidays or local festivals. Participants are expected to accept such changes and may not object.
14. The driver and tour guide work up to 10 hours per day. Overtime charges apply if their working hours are extended because of late arrivals, changes to stops, or other such reasons.
15. The organizations operating the sightseeing transportation and hotels used by our company, such as aircraft, ships, trains, and business vehicles, each have their own rules regarding participant safety and lost luggage. Cases involving lost luggage, accidental injury or death, and property loss will be handled in accordance with the rules established by the relevant organizations, and are unrelated to our company.
16. Participants are advised to purchase their own travel accident and baggage insurance. For information about purchasing insurance, please contact the travel agency where you booked or inquire directly with our company.
17. As private vehicle models may not be able to transport wheelchairs, we regret that we cannot accept bookings from wheelchair users.
18. Day-to-night temperature differences in Europe are substantial, and average temperatures exceed 30°C for no more than two months each year. As European countries are also strongly committed to environmental protection, some hotels in Europe do not have air conditioning. This does not mean that the hotel facilities fail to meet standards. Thank you for your understanding.
19. Our company reserves the right to publish participants’ images. We may take photos and videos of activities during the tour. If you do not wish to appear in them, please stay clear of the camera.
20. If the number of tour participants is small, our company reserves the right to combine guests speaking different languages on the same tour bus.
21. Under no circumstances will our company be responsible or issue a refund if a tour participant returns late during the itinerary and misses the scheduled departure time of the tour vehicle.
22. As other tour participants may be allergic to pets and some hotels do not allow pets, participants are prohibited from bringing pets on the tour. Please make arrangements for your pet in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
