Lake Naivasha - Amboseli
Itinerary details
After breakfast, head to Hell’s Gate National Park. Hell’s Gate National Park inspired the film The Lion King. The Disney production team visited the area and drew inspiration from its dramatic cliffs, gorges, and volcanic landscapes, which served as models for settings such as Pride Rock and the Scar Gorge. Many people call it “the real-life world of The Lion King.” However, there are no large predators such as lions or tigers here, so you can explore on foot or by bicycle and see animals such as zebras, giraffes, buffalo, and antelope. You can tour the park by vehicle or rent a bicycle at your own expense and ride around; the route is approximately 8 km. The park also has distinctive geological formations that you can explore on a hike at your own expense. After the visit, drive to your accommodation in Amboseli and check in.
