Booking Information and Terms of Responsibility
To best protect your interests, please read our “Booking Guidelines and Liability Terms” carefully. These are important matters that our company brings to the attention of travelers on outbound tours and, together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Information,” form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(1) Booking Process and Important Notes
Before booking through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website, in the booking confirmation, and in the tour departure notice. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms published by our company. Travelers are responsible for all consequences of violating any of the rules mentioned in these terms.
1. When booking, first complete the booking form on the website. Please carefully enter and check all details, including name, gender, ID or passport number, contact information, room type required, and pickup and drop-off points. We accept no responsibility for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. As coach seats are limited, we will prioritize tour allocation according to when payment is received. After verifying that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the order’s validity period. If the tour fare is not paid in full by the deadline, the booking will be treated as an automatic cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Tour members must pay 100% of the tour fare at least five business days before departure. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited and hotel bookings are often subject to deadlines, customers booking within five business days of departure must promptly complete payment. Otherwise, we reserve the right, as circumstances require, to hold or cancel such orders without first obtaining the customer's consent. The payer is responsible for any transaction fees incurred, regardless of the payment method. After payment, please send proof of payment (the transaction slip for bank-counter transfers or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to us by email or fax. Be sure to include the corresponding order number in the proof; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the tour fare has still not reached us two days before the end of the tour, we reserve the right to require the tour member to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If we later verify that the payment was made twice, we will promptly refund the excess amount;
3. Once we have confirmed receipt of a tour member’s payment, we will confirm their place on the tour. Three days before departure, tour members will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided when booking. It includes information about the guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filters, a tour member may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. By default, we will arrange hotel room types according to the tour member’s booking request. In exceptional circumstances, such as during peak travel season when a particular hotel has insufficient rooms or for other reasons beyond our control, the room type may change, and tour members must cooperate with our arrangements. If a room arrangement at the hotel does not meet a participant’s requirements because they entered their gender or room type incorrectly when booking, we will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the tour member.
5. If a tour member needs to leave the tour early due to special circumstances, they must notify us when booking or before joining the tour and sign the “Early Departure Declaration.” For each hotel night they do not stay, €16 will be deducted; if no hotel nights are missed, there will be no reduction in the tour fare. If a tour member requests to leave the tour early during the trip, they must inform the tour guide and sign the “Early Departure Declaration.” Fees paid will not be refunded. Tour members must provide accurate information about their health and identity when booking and during the trip, complete the relevant forms truthfully, and fulfill all legal formalities. Any costs or losses arising from personal circumstances, such as feeling unwell during the trip, are the responsibility of the tour member. Travelers with a significant medical history (for example, those with a serious or terminal illness, or a communicable disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler’s health or other circumstances, we reserve the right to decide whether to accept the booking.
6. Travelers aged 70 or above must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration” when joining a group tour. If they insist on joining without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their participation at its discretion. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip due to their own actions;
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose this fact truthfully when booking. In principle, pregnant travelers beyond 24 weeks are advised not to join a group tour. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Liability Waiver”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse their participation at its discretion. Pregnant travelers under 24 weeks who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Tour Participation Declaration”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse their participation at its discretion. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip due to their own actions.
8. Minors joining a group tour must be accompanied by at least one adult, who must fulfill their guardianship duties and be responsible for the minor’s safety. Travelers are responsible for all consequences during the trip arising from the minor’s own actions or the accompanying person’s failure to provide proper supervision.
9. Travelers must ensure that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. Travelers shall bear any resulting consequences arising from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the destination country’s entry requirements, or tour staff being unable to contact a traveler because the mobile number provided is incorrect). Any resulting personal return costs, transportation costs, travel expenses, or other losses shall be borne by the traveler.
9. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before their tour booking is confirmed. If an applicant books flights or other tickets related to the itinerary at their own discretion but is ultimately unable to complete the booking, they shall bear all resulting losses.

(4) Passenger Responsibilities
1. Tour members must not engage in illegal activities during the tour.
2. When exercising their rights, tour members must not harm the interests of the state, society, or collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social norms. Tour members should respect the dignity of tourism service personnel, show mutual respect and support to other members of the group, and respect local customs and traditions. Do not deface landscapes or buildings, spit, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and raise your awareness of personal safety. Tour members may choose and purchase personal travel accident insurance and other insurance. During the trip, they should take proper care of their luggage and belongings and keep valuables with them or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, please pay attention to the local weather and take care to ensure children’s safety.
6. If travelers voluntarily participate in hazardous activities included in a regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, they shall personally bear responsibility for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury, and our company shall have no liability.
(5) Liability
1. We reserve the right to change accommodation, routes, sightseeing attractions, and departure dates as circumstances require.
2. If the number of participants is insufficient, or in the event of changes beyond our control, such as problems with a ship or aircraft, we reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, we will refund all fees paid by tour members or recommend a similar alternative product. We shall not be liable for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, other acts of nature, disturbances, murder, riots, war, or other disasters beyond our control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of tour members, as well as unexpected circumstances such as weather, traffic, or strikes, we reserve the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, but must notify tour members in advance. We shall not be responsible for any additional expenses or losses resulting from such circumstances, and tour members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, tour members should take care of their personal safety and travel safely, and keep their belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other causes, please notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. We accept no legal liability;
5. Tour members must carry a valid passport and identification documents at all times. If a tour member has to leave the tour midway due to problems with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this, and the remaining tour fare will not be refunded. If this affects the normal itinerary of other tour members, the tour member must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a traveler suffers personal injury or death, or property loss during the itinerary due to an accident (such as an accident while participating in recreational or game activities, illness, death, a fall, or a fall-related injury resulting from personal activities, or the traveler’s violation of the rules and instructions stated in our company’s terms), the traveler shall bear all related liabilities and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or property loss. The traveler shall compensate our company for any resulting losses.
7. If a traveler deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities and interests of the group, our tour leader may cancel the traveler’s participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company bears no responsibility for the traveler’s actions after leaving the tour.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are estimates. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various force majeure events, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holiday events, riots, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If travelers have onward plans to take other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of spare time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company accepts no responsibility for losses arising from travelers’ self-arranged plans when they have not allowed sufficient spare time.
