Depart from Florence in the morning by coach. The first stop is 【Manarola】. Founded in the early 13th century, this village is renowned for its long history and excellent wine. Colorful houses cling to the cliffsides, while winding cobbled lanes exude old-world charm. Your guide will also take you to a viewpoint that’s perfect for photos. Next, take a train for about 10 minutes to 【Vernazza】. One of Cinque Terre’s most iconic colorful fishing villages, it is also a popular spot for photography. Enjoy free time at the small harbor and take a leisurely stroll to soak up its peaceful, historic seaside atmosphere. Then continue by train to 【Monterosso al Mare】. This historic fishing village is known as the “Pearl of Cinque Terre.” You’ll have plenty of free time to stroll along its charming beach, swim in the clear blue waters, sunbathe, or enjoy a local specialty lunch while admiring the lush natural scenery surrounding the village. Afterward, take a boat (operating only from April 1 to October 31) to the final stop of the day. As you cruise along the coast, admire Cinque Terre’s spectacular shoreline from the sea and discover the unique charm of this World Heritage Site from a different perspective. Feel the sea breeze and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views. On arrival at the final stop, 【Riomaggiore】, explore this charming seaside village, built around a natural harbor, at your leisure. Before heading back, admire the beautiful sight of the sunset falling over its colorful houses, bringing your day to a perfect close. This is a classic journey not to be missed. Colorful seaside houses, the vast azure sea, and breathtaking coastal scenery will accompany you along the way, leaving you with unforgettable memories of the Cinque Terre. Important notes High season (April 1 to October 31): This tour is available daily in English and Spanish. Other languages are available as follows: French: Every Wednesday and Sunday, with a minimum of 2 guests. Portuguese: Every Monday, with a minimum of 2 guests. In the event of bad weather or rough seas, the boat service between Monterosso and Riomaggiore will be suspended, and the journey will instead be made by train. The boat segment operates only from April 1 to October 31 each year. The bus will take you directly to the first village in Cinque Terre National Park or to La Spezia. From there, you will visit the villages by train and boat with a guide. At the end of the tour, you will meet the bus in La Spezia and travel back to Florence. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes. The order of visits may be adjusted depending on actual conditions. Thank you for your understanding. This itinerary is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility. One of the five villages of Cinque Terre. Vernazza lies beneath terraced vineyards and lemon groves built into the hillside, and is the most elegant of the five villages. At its small harbor, one side is home to the Church of Santa Margherita, built in 1318, while on the rocks by the sea on the other side are the remains of an 11th-century castle. Between them is a small square, surrounded on three sides by colorful buildings and facing the village’s sheltered harbor, where the water is crystal clear. The village’s main street is Via Roma, running from the seaside square straight to the train station. Take a leisurely stroll along its cobbled road and browse the shops and restaurants along the way.
