Day 2
Singapore city tour - Cross the border into Johor Bahru - Malacca
Itinerary details
09:00 Meet up, bring all your luggage, and travel by vehicle to [Merlion Park]. The Merlion statue stands beside the Singapore River in the city and is a symbol and icon of Singapore. (Friendly reminder: The two Merlions are periodically cordoned off in turn for cleaning. The itinerary will still visit the site; we apologize if you are unable to see them during cleaning.) [Singapore River Walk] The area around the Singapore River is the cradle of our city. The river has been a lifeline from the very beginning and was the foundation of Singapore’s development. [Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay] Singapore’s Esplanade is one of the city’s most iconic cultural landmarks, renowned worldwide for its distinctive “durian shell” design. It is not only a central hub for Singapore’s arts and culture, but also a prominent performing arts venue in Asia and around the world, with an important role in fostering cultural exchange and nurturing the local arts scene. Pass by [Colonial District] (drive-by): Parliament House, the Supreme Court, City Hall, the Raffles Statue, Victoria Theatre, the century-old suspension bridge, and St Andrew’s Cathedral. [Lau Pa Sat Local Food Centre] (lunch at your own expense) “Pasar” refers to a market that specializes in food, and Lau Pa Sat is a classic example, bringing together nearly a hundred kinds of Southeast Asian cuisine. In addition to its famous satay, must-try dishes in this food paradise include Hokkien prawn noodles, bak kut teh, laksa, and more! Lau Pa Sat is one of the largest surviving Victorian-era cast-iron buildings in Southeast Asia. Its architecture is distinctive, and the dining area is clean and bright, making it especially pleasant to enjoy a meal. [Rainbow Building – Former Ministry of Information and the Arts] Singapore has many colorful buildings, and the Old Hill Street Police Station, built in 1934, is surely one of the most stunning and elegant. After exploring Clarke Quay in the city center, it’s an easy walk to the former police station. Its façade is covered with 927 brilliantly colored, rainbow-like windows, arranged in a gradient from left to right. This complex yet harmonious palette is one of the building’s most striking features. [Little India] (drive-by) Little India is one of Singapore’s most vibrant districts. Stroll along its streets and admire the harmonious coexistence of Hindu temples, Chinese temples, mosques, and churches—a highlight of Singapore’s history and multicultural character. The ethnic districts are also a highlight for visitors to Singapore, offering a glimpse into the city’s past. [Trendy Haji Lane] This short street is lined with bars, shisha lounges, clothing shops, creative boutiques, cafés, and more. Its vivid colors are dazzling, and its eclectic international shops are full of character and style, making them hard to leave behind. Then set off on a “Marina Bay tour”: drive through the CBD, then visit Suntec City’s Fountain of Wealth. Located in the center of Suntec City Mall, it is said to be one of the largest fountains in the world. The saying “water brings wealth” reflects its renowned feng shui significance in Singapore. [Exterior of Marina Bay Sands] Marina Bay Sands is a famous large-scale hotel built in Singapore by the Las Vegas-based Sands Group. With a total investment of US$6 billion, the Marina Bay Sands integrated resort includes a renowned convention center, hotel, and shopping mall. [Marina Barrage Sky Oasis] In Singapore, even a dam—usually a rather mundane facility—can become an exciting and popular leisure destination. Marina Barrage keeps the waves out of Marina Bay, leaving the reservoir within calm and making it ideal for water activities such as individual kayaking or team dragon boat racing. *The itinerary order is subject to the day’s arrangements. *The two Merlions are periodically cordoned off in turn for cleaning. The itinerary will still visit the site; we apologize if you are unable to see them during cleaning. *Proceed to the Johor Bahru checkpoint at the designated pickup time for the handover (crossing the Singapore–Malaysia border is subject to the official policies in effect at the time; please cooperate). After meeting the Malaysian driver and guide, depart for Melaka, a World Heritage Site. *Visa-free entry to Malaysia: Travelers must have a round-trip flight ticket, hotel booking, and Malaysia Arrival Card.

Malacca - Putrajaya Administrative Centre - Kuala Lumpur
Itinerary details
Depart from the hotel. 【Dutch Red House + Portuguese Old City Gate and Fortress + St. Paul's Church】These buildings were constructed by the Dutch after their victory over the Portuguese in 1641. At the time, they served not only as the Dutch Governor's residence, but also as the government administrative center and municipal council during Dutch rule in Malacca. 【Traditional Malay Kampung Stilt House】It represents the beauty and ingenuity of traditional architecture, as well as the idea of sharing a home with others and living in harmony with nature. Special rock-style trishaw tour (one trishaw for every 2 people). Admire the old town's century-old buildings and cultural heritage, as if traveling through a corridor of time to another era. Feel the gentle breeze as you wind through the charming old streets, lined with historic buildings, and step back in time. (Note: Passengers are responsible for the trishaw driver's tip of MYR 4 per trishaw.) 【A Nanyang Dream Come True: Experience a Malacca Nyonya Outfit】(Complimentary). No visit to Malacca is complete without experiencing its local Nyonya culture. Dress in a Nyonya outfit and make beautiful memories at historic landmarks such as Jonker Street and the Red House in the old town. Feel like a local as you travel back in time and experience Malacca's long history and culture firsthand. This enriching experience adds depth to your trip. Sharing and passing on this culture helps more people learn about and appreciate Malacca's rich heritage, while ensuring it is better preserved for future generations. 【Jonker Street Antique Quarter】Walking among the remains of Ming-dynasty architecture feels like stepping into another time. Simply admiring the century-old houses along the street is a pleasure, and if you love collecting antiques, this place is a treasure trove. 【Malacca Street Art】In recent years, Jonker Street in Malacca has acquired several murals, inspired by those in George Town, Penang. A standout is the colorful geometric mural hidden in an alley, created by skincare brand Kiehl’s in collaboration with a Malaysian artist. It's a must-see mural! Its charming flowers and houses, painted with simple geometric shapes and vibrant colors, make this wall an eye-catching attraction. 【Malacca Straits Mosque】The mosque is located on the man-made island of Malacca. The Straits Mosque is beautiful in the glow of the setting sun. The sound of prayers broadcast over loudspeakers mingles with the waves, while the setting sun illuminates its golden dome. Sitting on the seawall and enjoying the view is a truly relaxing experience. 【Traditional Malacca Dessert – Cendol】(Complimentary). It looks like the shaved ice desserts found in China and is a traditional Southeast Asian treat. Its main ingredients are green cendol jelly, rich coconut milk, red beans, palm sugar, and crushed ice; every bite brings a cool sweetness. Drizzled with the famous Malacca palm sugar syrup, it's not overly sweet, and its rich fragrance makes it unforgettable. 【Photo Stop at Putrajaya Administrative Centre】The Prime Minister's Office of Malaysia is named after the country's first prime minister. Lush greenery stretches across the city, and trees line the roads to form a long, shaded boulevard. This 4.2-kilometer green avenue is also where national celebrations and military parades are held. 【Seri Wawasan Bridge】offers visitors a different perspective. Framed by the lake and surrounding hills, its elegant lines curve like a giant dragon gliding across the water. The bridge is a paradise for photography enthusiasts, with a perfect shot at every angle. Whether at sunrise, sunset, or beneath the brilliant stars at night, the views are unforgettable. 【Pink Mosque + Prime Minister's Office + Putrajaya Square】Modeled on the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, Morocco, it is located in Putrajaya, Malaysia's new administrative center. Covering 5.5 hectares and built at a cost of US$10 million, it is a mosque in Malaysia and also a floating mosque in Southeast Asia. *Passengers are responsible for the trishaw driver's tip of MYR 4 per trishaw. *Visitors may enter the mosque, but female visitors must borrow a robe from the right side of the entrance before entering. It is open until 4:00 p.m. (Actual opening hours are subject to on-site conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience.)

Kuala Lumpur
Itinerary details
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. 【Rainbow Steps at Batu Caves】Located north of Kuala Lumpur, Batu Caves is a limestone hill with a series of caves and temples, and one of the most famous Hindu pilgrimage sites outside India, dedicated to Murugan. Before entering Batu Caves, you must climb the 272 Rainbow Steps. Numerous wild monkeys and pigeons along the steps are completely unafraid of people. Beside the steps stands a huge gilded statue of a Hindu deity. In addition to the many pigeons, the plaza in front of the statue features numerous Hindu deities and colorful murals. Viewed from afar, the Hindu statues and murals, the enormous golden statue, the Rainbow Steps, and Batu Caves create an exceptionally beautiful and spectacular scene. 【Discover the Allure of Kuala Lumpur】A vibrant metropolis combining an ancient city’s history with modern development. Here, people from many different ethnic groups live side by side, blending Eastern colors and Western civilization in a unique way. Its distinctive customs and traditions, shopping, food, and opportunities to unwind make it a destination that has it all. 【National Palace】It is said to have cost nearly RMB 2.1 billion to build, and its architecture features Malay and Islamic styles. 【National Art Gallery】Discover historically significant artworks, local ethnic art and sculptures, textile art, and works by Adam and renowned artists from around the world. In addition to its permanent displays, the gallery regularly hosts temporary exhibitions showcasing contemporary art from around the world. It is one of Malaysia’s most important art galleries. 【Independence Square】A landmark of Kuala Lumpur and the venue for Malaysia’s National Day parade. On August 31, 1957, Malaysia’s founding father, Tunku Abdul Rahman, declared the country’s independence here, marking its liberation from British colonial rule. 【River of Life】A river in downtown Kuala Lumpur, regarded as the city’s starting point. It flows from forested hills on the outskirts, through the city center, and into the Strait of Malacca. The river has played a vital role in the city’s development, adding much to its history and culture. 【Kuala Lumpur Old Railway Station】This old station has become a popular photo spot for those who love nostalgia. The building is Moorish in style, with beautiful arched domes. The simple, undecorated domes have a charm all their own, while the horseshoe arches on the ground floor make it a favorite with fans of historic architecture. Admission is free, and you can explore at your leisure, sit on a platform bench and watch the trains go by, or simply relax and enjoy a nostalgic moment. 【Jamek Mosque】Also known as the “Friday Mosque,” Jamek means a place where Muslims gather to worship in both Malay and Arabic. As one of Kuala Lumpur’s oldest mosques, Jamek Mosque was once the city’s main place of worship for Muslims. Even after the National Mosque was built in 1965, Jamek Mosque remained one of Kuala Lumpur’s most iconic and distinctive mosques, thanks to its prime location and long history. Visitors must follow the dress code. Notices at the entrance explain the requirements; visitors whose clothing does not meet them can borrow robes and headscarves from the administration office. Please walk and speak quietly inside the mosque so as not to disturb Muslims at this place of prayer. 【Kwai Chai Hong】This place is steeped in history and adorned with beautiful murals. Its name comes from a nickname local residents gave to the children who played in the alley. Legend has it that these children would come to play there on rainy days, and their voices often made the neighbors think they were up to mischief. People began calling them “Kwai Chai,” or “little ghosts,” and named the alley Kwai Chai Hong. As soon as you step inside, the beautiful murals catch your eye. Created by local artists, they depict Kuala Lumpur’s history and culture, including old buildings, traditional clothing, and street food, evoking a strong sense of nostalgia. You’ll also see shops converted from old houses that retain their original architectural features, such as red-brick walls and wooden doors and windows, bringing Kuala Lumpur’s history to life. 【Central Market】Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Central Market is a renowned landmark that brings together Malaysian culture and history. This one-stop hub for Malaysian art and traditional handicrafts is a must-visit for tourists and fans of Malaysian art. 【Kuala Lumpur Towkay Temple & Pioneers Museum】(Admission included) A century-old towkay temple and the Pioneers Museum in Kuala Lumpur. Beyond its food and bustling market, Petaling Street is also home to one of Kuala Lumpur’s oldest Chinese temples, the Sin Sze Si Ya Temple. After paying your respects, take a moment to visit the neighboring Pioneers Museum, where you can learn about Kuala Lumpur’s past and present. The exhibition is divided into two main sections: ① Kuala Lumpur’s transformation from a mining area into a city and the stories of its early pioneers; ② the origins and architectural features of Sin Sze Si Ya Temple, as well as the deities enshrined there. Explore in air-conditioned comfort, escape the heat, and learn a lot along the way. History and temple culture enthusiasts are sure to find it worthwhile. (Tip: There’s a stamping activity at the entrance/exit—don’t forget to get your stamp.) 【Pavilion Chocolate Afternoon Tea | A Poetic Sensory Encounter】Harriston Chocolatier Café—an upscale Malaysian chocolate atelier. Inspired by premium ingredients and the charm of Southeast Asia, it invites you on a delightful culinary journey. Enjoy exquisite chocolate desserts and custom-made drinks. Every creation reflects a pursuit of excellence. Join us for an extraordinary feast of flavors and a uniquely delightful afternoon tea! (Afternoon tea set: 1 chocolate + 1 drink + 1 French pastry) 【Kuala Lumpur Landmark—Petronas Twin Towers】(Exterior view) A symbolic landmark of Malaysia, consisting of two uniquely shaped, diamond-patterned towers. A skybridge connects them between the 41st and 42nd floors. The towers shot to fame as a filming location for the movie “The Accidental Spy.” 【New Instagram-Worthy Spot—Saloma Link】This bridge spans the Klang River, connecting Kampung Baru and Jalan Ampang. In addition to providing a convenient crossing for pedestrians, Saloma Link’s design is inspired by the arrangement of betel leaves in a Sireh Junjung. It has become a hit photo spot in downtown Kuala Lumpur. 【Jalan Alor Night Market】Located in the western part of Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, this street is home to more than 20 restaurants and over 200 stalls specializing in traditional Malaysian Chinese food and Cantonese cuisine. It’s like Singapore’s hawker centers or Taiwan’s Ningxia Night Market and Raohe Street Night Market. At dusk, smoke rises along the entire pedestrian street, and the fruit stalls lining the road brim with tropical produce. As you stroll along, the aroma of curry and grilled meat fills the air, along with the bustle of seafood hawker stalls—enough to whet anyone’s appetite. The street’s Wong Ah Wah Restaurant is a local favorite visited by celebrities, including Jay Chou. Don’t forget to try the Hokkien mee and chicken satay!
