Southern Town - Neuschwanstein Castle - Southern Town
Itinerary details
After breakfast, travel to visit the fairy-tale castle, [Neuschwanstein Castle] (optional). King Ludwig II of Bavaria built this dreamlike European castle in the 19th century. The white Neuschwanstein Castle stands on the high mountain, embraced by surrounding peaks and lakes, with scenery that varies across the four seasons. After the tour, check into a hotel in a small town in the south. Neuschwanstein Castle implements an official timed-reservation system with limited ticket inventory, and it is especially tight during peak periods from July to September and during Christmas. Tickets are confirmed according to real-time inventory at the scenic area, and successful booking after placing an order cannot be guaranteed. If Neuschwanstein Castle tickets are sold out at the time of booking, the Neuschwanstein Castle ticket fees will be fully refunded, and other items in the itinerary will be arranged as normal.

Travel Notes
To best protect your interests, please carefully read this company's Registration Notice and Liability Rules. The Registration Notice and Liability Rules are important notices to outbound travel group members from our company and, together with this company's Overseas Travel Safety Notice and Other Precautions, form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation of the content of this website.
(1) Registration Process and Notes
By registering through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company webpage and in the order confirmation and group notice before submitting your order. Once you submit your order, our company will consider that you have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. If a group member violates the rules mentioned in the terms, all consequences shall be borne by the group member.
1. When registering, please first fill out the registration order on the webpage, carefully completing and verifying all entered information, including name, gender, ID number, contact information, required room type, and pick-up/drop-off points. Our company is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect registration information entered by individuals. After successful submission, our company will send you an order confirmation. Since tourist bus seats are limited, our company will prioritize boarding arrangements based on payment receipt; ultimately, our company will arrange vehicles based on group size, ensuring one person per seat. Please complete payment within the valid order period after verifying accuracy. Group members who fail to pay the full tour fee by the deadline will be automatically withdrawn from the group, and our company reserves the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Group members must ensure that 100% of the tour fee is paid within the order retention period, provided the group is confirmed to depart. Because tour bus seats and hotel room allocations are limited, and hotel bookings often have time restrictions, members who register within five working days before departure must complete payment promptly; otherwise, this company has the right to retain or cancel such orders depending on the specific circumstances without prior consent from the registrant. Regardless of the payment method, any handling fees incurred are borne by the payer. After payment, please send the payment proof (the transaction slip for bank counter remittances or a screenshot of the successful online transfer confirmation) to our company by email or fax, and be sure to note the corresponding order number on the proof; otherwise, the finance department cannot match the received payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not arrived 2 days before the end of the tour, our company has the right to require members to deposit the corresponding tour fee in cash with the tour guide; if it is later verified that a double payment was made, our company will immediately refund the excess amount.
3. After our company confirms receipt of the traveler's payment, we will confirm the traveler's participation in the tour. Three days before departure, travelers will receive a boarding notice at the email address provided during registration, containing reference information such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filters, travelers may not receive the boarding notice three days before departure. If this occurs, please proactively contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. Our company defaults to same-sex room sharing. When arranging hotel room types based on travelers' registration requirements, if there are single or odd-numbered registrations (such as 3, 5, or 7 people), we will arrange room sharing according to the actual situation. If you do not agree to room-sharing arrangements, you may choose to pay the additional single-room supplement. In special circumstances, such as a shortage of rooms at certain hotels during peak tourist season or other uncontrollable reasons, room type changes may occur, and travelers must cooperate with our arrangements. If on-site room arrangements do not meet a participant's requirements due to incorrectly entered gender or room type requirements during registration, we will coordinate and arrange based on the remaining room availability on the day of check-in, and any resulting additional costs will be borne by the traveler.
Note: For travelers who do not know each other and are paired to share a room, although arranged by our company, the personalities and behavior of group members are unrelated to our company. We bear no responsibility for coordinating or intervening in any differences in habits or disputes.
5. If a traveler must leave the tour midway due to special circumstances, they must notify us proactively at the time of registration or before departure and sign a "Mid-Tour Departure Statement." For early departure, 30 euros will be deducted for each night not stayed (50 euros per night for full-tour single rooms). If no hotel nights are cancelled, no refund will be given. If a traveler requests to leave the tour midway, they must notify the tour guide proactively and sign the "Mid-Tour Departure Statement," and the fees paid will not be refunded. Travelers must provide truthful information regarding their health and identity at registration and during the itinerary, fill in relevant materials honestly, and complete lawful procedures. Expenses and losses arising from personal reasons, such as physical discomfort during the trip, shall be borne by the traveler. Travelers with special medical histories (such as those with serious illness, terminal illness, or contagious diseases) must disclose this truthfully at registration. Due to travelers' health conditions or other reasons, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept a registration.
6. Elderly persons over 70 years old registering for the tour must be accompanied by a family member and fill in the "Tour Participation Declaration"; if they insist on registering without a family member, our company has the right to refuse acceptance depending on the situation. All consequences caused by the tour member's own reasons during the trip shall be borne by the tour member.
7. If a participant is pregnant, this must be truthfully stated at registration; for pregnancies exceeding 24 weeks, participation is in principle not recommended. Those who insist on registering must be accompanied by a family member and fill in the "Disclaimer", although our company has the right to refuse acceptance depending on the situation. For pregnancies under 24 weeks where the person insists on registering, a family member must accompany them and fill in the "Tour Participation Declaration", although our company has the right to refuse acceptance depending on the situation. All consequences caused by the tour member's personal reasons during the trip shall be borne by the tour member.
8. Minors participating in the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who assumes guardianship responsibility for their safety; all consequences caused during the trip by the minor tour member's own reasons or the negligence of the accompanying person in supervision shall be borne by the tour member.
9. Tour members must confirm that all tour registration information provided is accurate and correct, with personal identity document information and contact phone numbers being particularly important. Any consequences arising from incorrect information provided by tour members (such as inability to cross borders due to expired personal documents or visa types not complying with entry tourism regulations of relevant countries, or the tour leader and other relevant staff being unable to contact participants due to incorrect mobile phone numbers provided by participants) shall be borne by the participants personally, including losses such as personal return fees, transportation costs and travel expenses.
10. Registrants are kindly requested not to book any flights or train/bus tickets related to the registered itinerary on their own before the order is confirmed for participation. If a group member independently books flights or transport tickets related to the itinerary but the registration is ultimately unsuccessful, all losses shall be borne by the registrant.
11. If a group member falls under any of the following circumstances, the travel agency may terminate the contract (except as otherwise provided by relevant laws and administrative regulations): (1) suffering from infectious diseases or other conditions that may endanger the health and safety of other group members; (2) carrying items that endanger public safety and refusing to hand them over to the relevant authorities; (3) engaging in illegal activities or activities contrary to social morality; (4) engaging in activities that seriously affect the rights and interests of other parties and refusing to stop despite persuasion; (5) other circumstances affecting contract performance as stipulated by law. When the travel agency terminates the contract for the above reasons, it shall notify the group member in writing or other forms, and may refund the remaining balance to the group member after deducting necessary expenses as appropriate.

When tour members voluntarily participate in dangerous tourism items included in the regular tourism itinerary, including rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, bungee jumping and other tourism items that may cause personal injury to tour members, any other disputes, property losses or personal injuries arising therefrom shall be borne by the tour member personally, and our company shall not be liable.

1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation locations, travel routes, sightseeing order, attractions visited, and departure dates as circumstances require.
2. In case of insufficient participants, or changes beyond our control such as ship or flight issues, this company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, this company will fully refund the fees paid by members or recommend a similar product as a replacement. This company bears no responsibility for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activities, major infectious disease outbreaks, natural disasters, acts of God, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other disaster events beyond this company's control that may seriously endanger the safety of members, as well as weather, traffic, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, this company has the right to cancel or replace any tour item before departure or after departure, and also has the right to shorten or extend the trip, but members must be notified in advance. Any additional expenses or losses incurred are unrelated to this company, and members may not object or withdraw on such grounds.
4. Since public security conditions vary by country, please pay attention to personal and traffic safety, and properly safeguard your belongings and luggage. If any loss, theft, robbery, or damage occurs during the trip, please promptly notify the tour leader and report to the police. Our company assumes no legal liability.
5. Travelers must carry valid passports with visa pages, residence permits, and other necessary documents at all times. If early withdrawal from the tour results from problems with documents or passports, the participant shall bear the responsibility, and the remaining tour fee will not be refunded. If this affects the normal itinerary of other travelers, the traveler shall bear corresponding compensation liability.
6. If an accident occurs during the itinerary (such as an accident while participating in recreational or game activities, or illness, death, falls or injuries caused by personal activities, or the tour member violating the rules and notices stated in our company's terms) resulting in personal injury or death or property loss, the relevant liability and expenses shall be borne by the tour member; our company shall not be responsible for such injuries, deaths or property losses; if this causes losses to our company, the tour member shall bear the compensation liability.
7. If a tour member intentionally fails to comply with the rules or obstructs the normal activities and interests of the group, our company's tour leader has the right to cancel their participation qualification, and fees paid will not be refunded; after the tour member leaves the group, our company shall not be responsible for any of their actions.
8. The times marked in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to force majeure factors such as weather, traffic jams, traffic accidents, holiday events, riots or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If tour members need to take other means of transportation to other cities after the tour, we strongly recommend reserving at least 3 hours of spare time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company shall not be responsible for losses in self-arranged itineraries due to tour members failing to reserve sufficient spare time.
(5) Safety Notes for Overseas Travel and Other Matters Requiring Attention
I. Friendly Reminders
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts; students are advised to bring their student ID cards.
2. Plug standards differ across European countries (for example, plugs in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). If needed, please bring your own plug adapters.
3. For safety reasons, European coach companies require that children, regardless of age, must have a seat. Since most tour buses do not provide separate child safety seats, parents bringing children under 3 years old may prepare their own; however, each child safety seat can occupy only one bus seat, and we cannot guarantee that all self-supplied safety seats are compatible with tour buses, so please take note.
II. Safety Notice
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable; please be sure to carry rain gear and a warm jacket.
2. Please keep your belongings and luggage safe. This company is not responsible for loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and easy return if lost and found. If luggage is lost, notify the relevant organizations (such as hotels, airlines, etc.) and the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, you must keep the police report to claim compensation from the relevant organizations or insurance company (if insurance was purchased).
Meals
1. Hotel breakfast: Europeans typically eat a simple breakfast. Hotel breakfasts usually consist only of bread, coffee, tea, juice, etc. All hotels arranged by our company include a buffet breakfast;
2. Carry bottled water and dry snacks with you in case of need, especially for elderly people and children.
3. Do not drink unclean water, and do not eat unhygienic, odorous, or spoiled food.
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
5. To prevent discomfort from changes in water and climate during travel, carry commonly used or habitually taken medications. Long-term patients should carry medical records for emergencies. Never take medications provided by others without caution.
6. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcohol consumption. Tour members who like to drink should strictly control their alcohol intake during the trip. Any responsibility arising from drunken brawls, disturbing social order, infringing on others or causing financial losses to third parties shall be borne by the person responsible.
Stay
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, the number of hotels in city centers is extremely limited, the scale is modest, and facilities are relatively old, not on par with comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels generally do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please prepare your daily necessities.
③ Please check whether the amenities provided by the hotel are complete and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, please report it immediately to the hotel staff or tour guide.
④ For various reasons, such as environmental protection, historical age, and Europe's relatively cool climate, many hotels do not have air conditioning.
⑤Hotels in Italy are relatively old, and blankets are usually kept in the wardrobe in the room. If there are none, please contact the front desk to request one.
⑥Guests who need one should bring their own small travel hair dryer.
⑦German-style double beds usually consist of one large bed with two bed sets. Regardless of whether guests need one large bed or two single beds, this bed type is also common in most European regions.
2. Hotel meals:
① Hotel rooms in Europe do not provide hot drinking water.
② Please cherish food, do not waste it, and do not take it away.
③ Breakfast hours vary among European hotels. Please be sure to go to the restaurant early according to the time notified by the hotel, to avoid arriving late for personal reasons and finding insufficient food available.
④ Hotel dining in Europe differs somewhat from China. Breakfast is relatively simple (German breakfast is more substantial, while Italian breakfast is the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee), and lunch and dinner are also not very lavish. Their quantity and quality differ considerably from domestic standards.
3. Hotel check-in safety reminders:
① Please keep valuables safely and do not leave them in hotel rooms. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash, expensive watches, or jewelry. Keep travel documents and belongings safely, and carry one set of copies of travel documents and credit cards to serve as proof for replacement in case of loss. Our company is not responsible for loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in hotel rooms; any hotel fines resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, please review the hotel's safety instructions, check whether the room windows can be opened, locate the firefighting equipment, and familiarize yourself with the hotel's emergency exits, safety staircases, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not tell strangers where you are staying or your room number. Do not allow strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff to enter your room casually. Lock the door when entering and leaving the room, check that windows and doors are closed and the deadbolt is locked before sleeping, and keep belongings close to you rather than near windows or other exposed places.
⑤ When group members need to go out after checking into the hotel, they should inform the tour guide and pick up a hotel business card at the front desk. The card contains the hotel address and phone number, which can be shown to others for help if you get lost.
Line
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour group members must gather on time and depart on time. Please arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour coaches will not wait. Those who fail to gather and depart at the agreed time and place, or fail to join midway, will be deemed to have voluntarily given up, and no refund will be given.
② The boarding and alighting times stated on the webpage are estimated times. The specific boarding and alighting locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic conditions or other special circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the boarding point on time, or if the time or location changes temporarily, our company will notify you promptly. Please be patient.)
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, medium coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have a luggage compartment for storing luggage, while medium coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively smaller luggage space. Due to limited luggage space, it is recommended to bring as little luggage as possible when traveling. Our company will arrange vehicles according to the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding at attractions, bus parking in most European cities is located far from the sites. Drivers are not allowed to park randomly, and violators face heavy fines. Sometimes the pick-up and drop-off points are some distance from the attractions. We kindly ask group members for their understanding.
2. Bus safety reminders:
① Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
② Do not carry prohibited items.
③ Do not casually tinker with any items in the vehicle to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ During temporary bus stops, follow the tour guide's arrangements and do not wander far away.
⑤ When group members get off the bus for sightseeing, dining, or shopping, please make sure the tour bus windows are closed and carry your valuables with you. The travel agency is not responsible for any loss or theft.
⑥Because the journey is very long and the vehicles carry heavy loads along the way, if a vehicle breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will take prompt remedial measures. Group members are kindly asked to cooperate actively.
III. Other Notes and Precautions
1. Please abide by local laws and regulations.
2. Be sure to carry your relevant documents and a valid passport with you.
3. When participating in group activities, follow the instructions of the tour leader/guide and avoid leaving the group for safety.
4. Before participating in any high-risk activities, you must assess your personal health and abilities and follow the relevant safety guidelines, such as wearing life jackets, fastening seat belts, and wearing suitable or designated clothing. We kindly ask travelers to avoid participating in these activities during free time on the trip as much as possible. If travelers insist on participating, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not participate in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and heed all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding animals in the safari park.
7. When visiting areas with poor public security, be especially vigilant and avoid going out alone.
