1-Day In-Depth Los Angeles City Tour

I. Included:

1. Transportation (the type of vehicle used depends on the number of tour participants on the day);

2. Chinese- and English-speaking service staff (driver/guide or driver-guide).

II. Exclusions:

1. Transportation to and from the departure point;

2. Guide and driver service fees (mandatory): at least US$15 per person per day. Children and infants occupying a seat are charged the adult rate);

3. Personal expenses (such as meals, phone charges, pay-per-view TV, and all other personal expenses);

4. Mandatory and optional expenses during the itinerary;

5. Other expenses not listed under “What’s Included”;

6. Starting with departures on May 18, 2026, our vehicle-based group tour products will incur a transportation surcharge of $5/person/day, which the tour guide will collect during the itinerary.

Changes and cancellation policy

1. If the tour cannot proceed due to force majeure, such as weather, war, or strikes, our company reserves the right to change the itinerary. Attraction admission fees will be refunded (excluding complimentary optional activities), but the tour fee will not be refunded;

2. Cancellation terms are as follows:

a. If the group requests cancellation or rescheduling 16 days or more before departure, no tour fee will be charged. Refunds for separately booked hotels, flights, or other services are subject to the relevant hotel or airline policies.

b. If the group requests cancellation or rescheduling 9 to 15 days before departure, inclusive, 50% of the tour fee will be charged. Refunds for separately booked hotels or other services are subject to the relevant hotel policies.

c. If the group cancels from 8 days before departure (inclusive) through the day of departure, or a participant fails to join on time on the departure day, they will be considered to have forfeited the tour automatically, and the tour fees paid are non-refundable.

d. If your company or a guest withdraws during the trip or is unable to participate in any scheduled activity for personal reasons (such as lack of travel documents, lateness, illness, or an accident), the tour fees paid are non-refundable, and no compensation in the form of other services will be provided.

Booking Information:

1. Minors or children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Minors or children traveling alone cannot participate in our tours. For the safety of pregnant travelers, participants must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the trip.

2. When booking, be sure to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, gender, valid contact details (preferably a mobile number so we can reach you if needed), and exact tour meeting point, to avoid booking errors that could affect your trip. You are responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect information you provide.

3. Tour participants must purchase admission tickets from the guide and may not bring their own tickets or use a City Pass. Attraction admission fees and group meal prices may change following temporary notices from the attractions; the prices announced by each attraction on the day will apply.

4. During the tour, the tour guide or driver may appropriately adjust the order of visits to attractions, time spent at each stop, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, and other circumstances to ensure the itinerary proceeds smoothly.

5. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed for a holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), making a visit impossible, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary based on the circumstances, either viewing the attraction from outside or replacing it with another attraction, to ensure a varied itinerary. Opening hours and visitor capacity controls at attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to the pandemic. Please understand that any impact on the itinerary resulting from such changes is considered force majeure.

6. Children under eight years old must use a safety seat when joining the tour. We offer safety seat rentals at $10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking so we can prepare in advance. Guests are responsible for any violations and fines resulting from failure to notify us in advance. Thank you for your understanding. No safety seat is required when traveling by coach on the day of the tour, and the fee will be refunded to the guest.

7. Many attractions on the itinerary require participants to be in reasonably good health. Guests with disabilities or limited mobility should contact our Seagull team in advance before booking to obtain information about the relevant policies. If we are not notified in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee that a wheelchair-accessible bus will be provided or that suitable seating will be arranged.

8. In view of the continued rise in fuel costs, vehicle operating costs have increased significantly. Starting with departures on May 18, 2026, our vehicle-based group tour products will incur a transportation surcharge of $5/person/day, which the tour guide will collect during the itinerary.

Important Information:

1. To ensure the itinerary runs smoothly and in full, travelers are responsible for strictly following the guide's meeting times. If you are more than ten minutes late, the vehicle will depart without waiting. We strive to provide punctual service, but due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failures, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks, we cannot guarantee arrival at pickup or drop-off points on time. We are not responsible for itinerary delays resulting from such circumstances or any inconvenience or additional expenses incurred, including costs for flights, trains, coaches, or other travel.

2. When necessary for tour operations, our company reserves the right to transfer travelers from their original vehicle to another vehicle en route and assign different guides and drivers to provide service.

3. The following recommendations will help you check in more quickly and easily: bring a valid photo ID and present a printed or electronic copy of your itinerary.

4. This is a group activity. If you wish to leave the group during the tour, please notify the tour guide in advance and obtain their approval, and sign a tour departure agreement. Any unused portion will be considered forfeited by you, and the tour fee will not be refunded.

5. If complimentary activities in the itinerary cannot be provided due to force majeure, such as transportation or weather conditions, or you are unable to participate for personal reasons, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.

6. Under U.S. federal law, smoking is prohibited on the vehicle during the tour. If you need to smoke, please use a designated smoking area.
