4. Chinese-speaking N47 tour leader and on-site coordination. The tour leader is not a certified ski instructor and does not provide instruction.

2. Exclusions

1. Ski passes must be purchased at the resort ticket office. See *Ski Passes and Recommended Optional Activities* for prices.

2. Snowboard boots, bindings, helmet, and protective gear. Guests must bring all of these themselves; the demo event provides snowboards for testing only

3. All meals; breakfast, lunch, and dinner are at your own expense.

4. Personal ski accident insurance and mountain rescue insurance. We strongly recommend arranging your own coverage.

5. Additional expenses arising from force majeure, such as transport delays, strikes, or weather conditions

6. Other items not listed under “Included in the Price”

III. Lift Passes and Recommended Optional Activities

Hochfügen day-pass prices (including 10% VAT). Prices are tiered according to the time the pass is first used, with no distinction between peak and off-peak seasons.

Children born in 2021 or later ski for free. Chip card deposit: €2.00. Day passes may be refunded before 13:00 on the day of use. The cancellation fee is €13.00 for adults, €11.00 for teens, and €6.00 for children.

IV. Important Information

1. This itinerary crosses an international border, traveling from Germany to Austria. Please bring valid original identification documents: EU citizens must bring an ID card or passport; non-EU citizens must bring a passport and German residence permit (Aufenthaltstitel). There are no routine border checks within the Schengen Area, but Austrian border authorities and police may conduct spot checks. Travelers without complete documentation may be denied entry and are responsible for any resulting consequences and costs.

2. Snowboards are provided on site by the NITRO demo event. Guests must bring their own boots, bindings, helmets, and protective gear. Rental is not included in this product, and rental services are not guaranteed on site.

3. The tour departs with a minimum of 30 participants. If this minimum is not met, you will be notified 14 days before departure that the tour has been canceled, and you will receive a full refund.

4. This product does not include a lift pass. Guests must purchase one at the ski resort ticket office. Prices are listed under *Lift Passes and Recommended Optional Activities*.

5. Skiing is a high-risk sport. N47 tour staff are responsible for gathering participants, providing guidance, and coordinating on site. They do not provide instruction or accept responsibility for participants’ skiing. Please arrange your own ski accident and mountain rescue insurance.

6. The specific times for the equipment testing event, as well as the models and quantities of equipment available to try, will be arranged by the brand on site. The information announced at the venue will prevail.

7. In the event of force majeure, such as strong winds, heavy snowfall, avalanche risk, or the temporary closure of the ski resort, the itinerary may be changed or canceled. We will notify you separately.

8. Ski resort parking, mountain restaurant, and lift operating hours are subject to the resort’s announcements on the day.

9. The return coach departs promptly at 14:45. It will not wait for anyone who is late to the meeting point; guests will need to arrange their own return transport.

10. Payment on board is not accepted. The full tour price (100%) must be paid 5 business days before departure.

Changes and cancellation policy

No cancellation fee applies if a guest cancels more than 7 days before departure;

If a guest cancels 5 to 7 days before departure (including the 7th day), 50% of the amount payable for the booking will be charged;

If a guest cancels within 4 days before departure (including the 4th day), after their seat has been confirmed, the tour fee is non-refundable;

If the trip is canceled due to insufficient participants, we will notify you 14 days before departure and issue a full refund;

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, we will notify you separately.
