Historic buildings line both sides of the street, alongside a variety of shops and restaurants. Then head to New Zealand’s fourth-largest lake, Lake Wānaka, passing the iconic “That Wānaka Tree”—standing alone in the lake, it has become one of New Zealand’s most photographed landmarks.
