Tour Joining Notes
To best protect your interests, please carefully read this company's Registration Requirements and Liability Rules. The Registration Requirements and Liability Rules are important notices for members of outbound tour groups from our company and, together with this company's Overseas Tour Safety Requirements and Other Precautions, form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves the right to interpret the content of this website.
(I) Registration Process and Precautions
For registrations made through this website, please carefully read in advance all terms published on our company webpage, order confirmation, and group notice. Upon submitting your order, our company will consider that you have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. If a group member violates the rules already mentioned in the terms, all consequences shall be borne by that member.
1. When registering, please first fill in the registration order on the webpage. Carefully fill in and verify all information, including name, gender, ID number, contact information, required room type, and pick-up/drop-off points. Our company is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect registration information entered by the individual. After successful submission, our company will send you an order confirmation. Since tourist bus seats are limited, our company will prioritize boarding based on payment receipt. Finally, our agency will arrange vehicles according to group size to ensure one seat per person. Please arrange payment within the valid order time after verifying the information. Those who fail to pay the full group fee by the deadline will be automatically withdrawn from the group, and our company has the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Group members must, provided the group is confirmed to depart, pay 100% of the tour fee within the order reservation period. Because tourist coach seats and hotel room allocations are limited, and hotel bookings often have time limits, members who register within five working days before departure must proactively and promptly complete payment; otherwise, the company has the right, depending on the specific circumstances, to retain or cancel such orders without prior consent from the registrant. Any handling fees arising from payment by any method are borne by the payer. After payment, please send proof of payment (bank counter transfer slip or screenshot of successful online transfer confirmation) to our company by email or fax, and be sure to note the corresponding order number on the proof; otherwise, finance cannot match the received payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not been received 2 days before the group ends, the company has the right to require members to deposit the corresponding tour fee in cash with the group's tour guide; if afterward it is verified as a double payment, our company will immediately refund the excess amount.
3. After confirming receipt of the group member's payment, our company will confirm the member's participation in the tour. Three days before departure, group members will receive a pre-tour notice at the email address provided during registration, containing information such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pick-up/drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filtering, group members may not receive the pre-tour notice three days before departure; if this occurs, please proactively contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. Our company defaults to same-sex roommate matching. When arranging hotel room types according to the requirements provided at registration, if solo or odd-numbered guests register (such as 3, 5, 7 persons, etc.), our company will match roommates according to the actual situation. If you do not agree to the roommate arrangement, you may choose to pay an additional single supplement fee. In special circumstances, such as insufficient hotel rooms during peak tourist season or other uncontrollable reasons, room type changes may occur, and group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If on-site room arrangements do not meet the participant's requirements due to incorrectly entered gender or room type requests during registration, our agency will coordinate and arrange based on the remaining rooms on the day of hotel check-in, and any additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the group member.
Note: Travelers who do not know each other and share a room are arranged by our company, but the personalities and behavior of group members are unrelated to our company. For any differences in habits or disputes, our company and tour guide have no responsibility to mediate or intervene.
5. If a traveler needs to leave the group midway due to special circumstances, they must notify us proactively at the time of registration or before joining the tour and sign a "Mid-Tour Departure Declaration". For early departure, a deduction of 30 euros will be made for each night not stayed (or 50 euros per night for full-tour single room bookings). If no hotel nights are cancelled, no fee deduction applies. If a traveler requests to leave the group during the tour, they must inform the tour guide proactively and sign the "Mid-Tour Departure Declaration"; the fees paid will not be refunded. Travelers must provide truthful information regarding their health, identity and other matters during registration and the itinerary, fill in relevant materials accurately, and complete legal procedures. Any expenses and losses arising from personal reasons such as physical discomfort during the trip shall be borne by the traveler. Tourists with special medical histories (such as those suffering from serious illness, terminal illness or infectious diseases) must disclose this truthfully at registration. Due to the health condition of tourists or other reasons, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept a booking.
6. Travelers aged over 70 registering for the tour must be accompanied by a family member and fill in a "Tour Participation Declaration". If there is no family member accompanying an elderly traveler who insists on registering, our company has the right to refuse acceptance as appropriate. All consequences arising from the traveler's own reasons during the trip shall be borne by the traveler.
7. If a traveler is pregnant, they must disclose this truthfully at registration. Pregnant travelers beyond 24 weeks of pregnancy are generally not recommended to join the tour; if they insist on registering, they must be accompanied by a family member and fill in a "Disclaimer", although our company has the right to refuse acceptance as appropriate. Those within 24 weeks of pregnancy who insist on registering must be accompanied by a family member and fill in a "Tour Participation Declaration", although our company has the right to refuse acceptance as appropriate. All consequences arising from the traveler's personal reasons during the trip shall be borne by the traveler.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who assumes guardianship responsibilities and is responsible for the minor's safety. All consequences arising from the minor's own conduct or the accompanying person's negligence during the trip shall be borne by the group member.
9. Group members must confirm that all registration information provided is accurate and complete, with personal identification documents and contact phone numbers being especially important. All consequences arising from incorrect information provided by group members (such as inability to cross borders due to expired personal documents or visa types not complying with the entry regulations of the relevant country, or the tour guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact the participant due to an incorrect mobile phone number provided) shall be borne by the participant, including personal return fees, transportation costs, travel expenses and other losses.
10. Registrants are kindly requested not to book any flights or various train tickets related to the registered itinerary on their own before the order is confirmed for participation. If a group member books flights or train tickets related to the itinerary on their own initiative but ultimately fails to register successfully, all losses shall be borne by the registrant.
11. If a group member falls under any of the following circumstances, the travel agency may terminate the contract (except as otherwise provided by relevant laws and administrative regulations): (1) suffering from infectious diseases or other illnesses that may endanger the health and safety of other group members; (2) carrying items that endanger public safety and refusing to hand them over to the relevant authorities for handling; (3) engaging in illegal activities or activities contrary to public morals; (4) engaging in activities that seriously affect the rights and interests of other parties and refusing to stop after being advised; (5) other circumstances affecting the performance of the contract as stipulated by law. When the travel agency terminates the contract due to the above circumstances, it shall notify the group member in writing or other forms, and may refund the remaining balance after deducting necessary fees as appropriate.

1. Included in the fees:
1) Luxury air-conditioned tour coach or other transportation specified in the itinerary

Our company reserves the right of final interpretation regarding other fees not listed in the above clauses.
3. Self-operated product discounts and their usage rules
1) Children under 6 years old on regular routes enjoy a 35% discount (65% of the price)! Children under 6 years old on boutique small-group routes enjoy a 20% discount (80% of the price)! *Note: children do not occupy a bed; if a bed is needed, please contact us! 4) Free roommate matching service for self-operated products: Solo registrants may choose the roommate matching service, and our company will arrange a same-sex roommate. Regardless of whether roommate matching is successful, our company will not charge guests a single supplement. Note: If an order is placed within 5 days before departure, our company reserves the right to charge the full-trip single supplement based on actual circumstances. The free roommate matching service does not apply to accommodation before or after the tour.
(III) Group Member Obligations
1. Group members must not engage in illegal activities during the trip.
2. When exercising their rights, group members must not harm the interests of the country, society, collectives, or the lawful rights of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social morality. Group members shall respect the dignity of tourism service personnel and show mutual respect and assistance among fellow group members; respect local ethnic customs, traditions, and local conditions; strictly prohibit defacing landscapes or buildings, spitting, littering, or other uncivilized behavior.
4. Strive to master knowledge needed for travel and improve self-protection awareness. Group members may independently choose and purchase travel personal accident insurance and other insurance. During the trip, properly safeguard your belongings; valuables should be carried on your person or protected by other means.
5. When traveling, pay attention to local weather conditions and ensure the safety of children.
6. When travelers voluntarily participate in dangerous tourism activities included in regular tour itineraries, including rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, bungee jumping and other activities that may cause personal injury, any resulting disputes, property losses or personal injuries shall be borne by the traveler individually, and our company bears no liability.
(IV) Liability
1. The company reserves the right to change accommodation locations, travel routes, sightseeing spots and departure dates according to specific circumstances.
2. In case of insufficient participants, or issues with ships/aircraft or other changes beyond our company's control, the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is cancelled, the company will refund all fees paid by members in full or recommend a similar alternative product; the company bears no liability for cancelling any itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activities, major contagious epidemics, natural disasters, calamities, riots, murder, civil disturbances, war, or other disaster events beyond the Company's control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of group members, as well as weather, traffic, strikes, or other unexpected situations, the Company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour item before departure or after departure, and also the right to shorten or extend the itinerary, but group members shall be notified in advance. The Company shall not be responsible for any additional expenses or losses incurred, and group members may not object or withdraw on such grounds.
4. Since public security conditions vary from country to country, travelers should pay attention to personal and traffic safety and properly safeguard their belongings and luggage. In the event of any loss, theft, robbery or other damage or loss during the trip, please promptly notify the tour leader and report to the police. Our company assumes no legal liability.
5. Travelers must carry valid passports with visa pages, residence permits and other documents at all times. Any mid-tour withdrawal caused by problems with documents or passports shall be borne by the traveler, and the remaining tour fees will not be refunded. If this affects the normal itinerary of other travelers, the traveler shall bear corresponding compensation liability.
6. If a traveler suffers an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident during entertainment or game activities, or illness, death, falls or fractures resulting from personal activities, or violation of the terms and instructions stated in our company's agreement) resulting in personal injury or death or property loss, the related responsibilities and expenses shall be borne by the traveler themselves. Our company bears no responsibility for such injuries, deaths or property losses. Any losses caused to our company by such incidents shall be compensated by the traveler.
7. If a traveler intentionally fails to comply with the rules or disrupts the normal activities and interests of the group, our company's tour leader has the right to cancel their tour eligibility, fees paid will not be refunded, and our company bears no responsibility for any actions taken by that traveler after leaving the group.
8. The times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to force majeure factors such as weather, traffic jams, traffic accidents, holidays and events, riots or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If group members need to take other transportation to other cities for subsequent travel arrangements, we strongly recommend reserving at least 3 hours of spare time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company is not responsible for losses in self-arranged itineraries caused by group members failing to reserve sufficient spare time.
(V) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Precautions
I. Friendly Reminders
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts; students are advised to bring a student card.
2. Plug standards differ across European countries (for example, plugs in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). If needed, please bring your own plug adapters.
3. For safety reasons, European coach regulations require that children, regardless of age, must occupy a seat. Since most tour buses do not provide separate child safety seats, parents bringing children under 3 years old on the tour may prepare their own, but one child safety seat may occupy only one bus seat. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that all self-brought safety seats will be suitable for tour buses; please take note.
II. Safety Requirements
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable; be sure to carry rain gear and a fairly thick jacket.
2. Please keep your belongings and luggage safe; the company is not responsible for loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact method on your luggage for identification, and in the event luggage is lost and later found, to facilitate its return. If luggage is lost, promptly notify the relevant institutions (such as hotels, airlines, etc.) and report to the police. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, retain the police report to claim from the relevant institutions or the insurance company (if insurance was purchased).
Food
1. Hotel breakfast: in Europe, a simple breakfast is customary; hotel breakfasts usually consist only of bread, coffee, tea, juice, etc. Hotels arranged by our agency all include a buffet breakfast;
2. Carry bottled water and dry snacks or other food for emergencies, especially for elderly people and children.
3. Do not drink unclean water, and do not eat food that is unhygienic or has an odd smell or has spoiled.
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or beverages given by strangers.
5. To prevent water and soil incompatibility during travel, bring commonly used or habitual medications. Long-term patients should carry medical records for emergencies. Never casually take medicines provided by others.
6. Our company does not provide or arrange alcohol consumption. Travelers who enjoy drinking should strictly control their alcohol intake during the trip. Any consequences arising from drunken misconduct, disturbance of social order, infringement on others or financial losses to third parties shall be borne by the perpetrator.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, the number of hotels in city centers is extremely limited, and the scale is small. The equipment is relatively old and not on par with comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please prepare your daily necessities.
③ Please check whether the supplies provided by the hotel are complete and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, please report it immediately to the hotel staff or tour guide.
④ For various reasons, such as environmental protection, historical buildings, and Europe's cooler climate, many hotels do not have air conditioning.
⑤ Italian hotel buildings are quite old. Blankets are usually kept in the wardrobe in the room. If there are none, please contact the front desk to request more.
Guests who need one should bring their own compact travel hair dryer.
German-style double beds usually consist of one large bed with two bed sets; regardless of whether guests request one large bed or two single beds, this bed type also applies to most parts of Europe.
2. Hotel dining:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Please cherish food, do not waste it, and do not take it away.
③ Breakfast times vary among European hotels. Please be sure to go to the restaurant early according to the time announced by the hotel to avoid arriving late for personal reasons and finding insufficient food available.
④ Hotel dining in Europe differs considerably from China. Breakfast is relatively simple (German breakfast is more substantial, while Italian breakfast is the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee), and lunch and dinner are also not very lavish. Both quantity and quality are considerably below domestic standards.
3. Hotel check-in safety reminders:
① Please keep valuables in a safe place yourself and do not leave them in the hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash, expensive watches or jewelry. Keep travel documents and belongings properly, and carry a set of photocopies of travel documents and credit cards to serve as proof for reissuance in case of loss. This company is not responsible for loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in hotel rooms. Any hotel fines resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, you should familiarize yourself with the hotel's safety instructions, check whether the room windows can be opened, locate the firefighting equipment, and become familiar with the hotel's emergency exits, safety stairs, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not tell strangers where you are staying or your room number. Do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room casually. Always lock the room door when entering or leaving, check that doors and windows are closed and the deadbolt is locked before sleeping, and keep valuables close to you rather than near windows or other exposed places.
⑤ If group members need to go out after checking into the hotel, they should inform the tour guide and pick up a hotel business card from the front desk. The card shows the hotel's address and phone number, which can be shown to others for help if you get lost.
Travel
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour group members must gather on time and depart on time. Please arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour bus will not wait. Those who fail to gather at the agreed time and place, or who fail to join midway, will be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn, and no refund will be given.
② The departure and arrival times stated on the webpage are estimates. The specific boarding and alighting locations are subject to confirmation by this company (if traffic conditions or other special circumstances prevent our bus from arriving at the boarding point on time or cause a temporary change in time or location, this company will notify you promptly. Please be patient).
③ Coaches are divided into full-size buses, midi buses, and 9-seat minibuses. Generally, full-size buses have dedicated luggage compartments, while the luggage space in midi buses and 9-seat minibuses is relatively small. Due to limited bus luggage space, it is recommended to bring as little luggage as possible when traveling. Our company will arrange vehicles according to the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding at attractions, bus parking areas in most European cities are located far from the attractions, and drivers are not allowed to park randomly; violators will be heavily fined. Sometimes the boarding and alighting points are some distance from the attractions. We kindly ask all group members for their understanding.
2. Bus safety reminders:
① Smoking is prohibited inside the bus.
② Do not carry prohibited items.
③ Do not randomly tamper with any items on the bus to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ During temporary bus stops, follow the tour guide's arrangements and do not wander far away.
⑤ When group members get off the bus for sightseeing, dining, or shopping, please make sure the bus windows are closed and carry your valuables with you. The travel agency is not responsible for any loss or theft.
⑥ Because the journey is long and the vehicles are heavily loaded, if a breakdown occurs and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will quickly take remedial measures. Please cooperate actively.
III. Other Requirements and Precautions
1. Please abide by local laws and regulations.
2. Be sure to carry relevant documents and a valid passport at all times.
3. When participating in group activities, follow the instructions of the tour leader/guide and avoid leaving the group for safety.
4. Before participating in any high-risk activities, travelers must assess their personal health condition and abilities, and comply with the relevant safety guidelines, such as wearing life jackets, fastening seat belts, and wearing suitable or designated clothing. Travelers are strongly advised to avoid these activities during free time on the tour; if a traveler insists on participating, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not participate in entertainment activities that are suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and heed all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding animals inside wildlife parks.
7. When touring areas with poor public security, travelers should be especially vigilant and avoid going out alone.
