【Tossa de Mar First Diving Experience】3-Hour Underwater Adventure in the Blue Sea | Beginner-Friendly + Accompanied by a Professional Instructor + A Wonderful First Look Beneath the Sea

We’ll welcome you at the Tossa de Mar Diving School, where we’ve prepared a complete introductory diving experience for you, including:

• 45-minute theory course: learn the basics of scuba diving;
• Then, put on your full scuba diving equipment and head to the coast to begin your first underwater diving experience;
• A certified professional instructor will accompany you throughout, ensuring your safety and comfort.

The experience lasts approximately 3 hours.

• If you have a heart or respiratory condition, you must provide a medical certificate to participate.
• Pregnant women and those planning to fly within 12 hours may not participate in this activity.
